Premaitha (NIPT) has announced some pretty stunning results from an independent test of its IONA test published in the Journal of Ultrasound, Obstetrics in Gynecology. Dam, why did we not get ahead of the news and subscribe to that must read publication? It sounds gripping stuff.

No ……….. what you need is to win the court case taken out against NIPT for MULTIPLE patent infringements . Until then its standing on a trap door with a noose around its neck . Responsible journalism says that you should point out the obvious risks here and not just the bull case . Readers should note that this share is held by Toms trust ( at no benefit to Tom ) for the benefit of his dependents .

WR – Nonsense! Seems you missed out on this excellent opportunity and bought LGO instead!!
1) Illumina will lose the case, they have a history of playing games like this and they are simply trying to slow down Premaitha who are causing Illumina a lot of pain in the NIPT marketplace! The BOD are 100% confident of winning the case, there is no infringement and the BOD are even considering a counter-claim against Illumina who are guilty of dirty tricks here.
2) The case is at least a year away and Tom’s tip is to sell at 30p within months, did you not see that in the above tip?
3) The “risk” as you call it is already factored into the SP, which would easily be at 50p+ by now
4) The market is Bullish on Premaitha which has been rallying for the last 6 weeks
5) New contracts are expected to be announced soon
6) Broker tips are in agreement with Tom’s forecast

CM ……….. I have already played it for a nice profit ……….. I was in at the first HSR tip. I stick with my view and am not inclined to risk my profit already made . You would expect the board to say what they are saying ………. they are hardly likely to say “sell …….we are gonna lose” . They want their directors fees right up to the court case outcome . This is AIM remember . Directors dont tell the truth on this market .
I am in LGO at 0.46 but that is a separate trade which I may increase in size if needed . I have about 34 positions currently . Although this varies between about 20 and 40 max depending on the markets .

I sold a chunk of optibiotix and reinvested back into premaitha. With today’s announcement that the intermins will not now be released for another 2/3 weeks, i am wondering if this was a good move. Where are the new contracts?
