This is possibly the biggest can of worms to be opened for some time.
Here’s hoping this gets sorted out quickly, although I doubt that will happen.

Regarding Metis NET there are A LOT of weird coincidences, which involve different Greek companies. Atlanet S.A., which you mention, but also Agile S.A.. I posted this on the advfn board:
I think Metis NET warrants a closer inspection. Their website is located at www.metis-net.com and does not have the look and feel of an international company operating with eight different subsidiaries with more than 140 employees. There is no information regarding which legal entity is responsible for this website. There is no information regarding the structure of the company, e.g. who is CEO etc.? The contact address (Pleinlaan 9, Brussels) is the address of an university building in Brussels. The domain was registered using an anonymous service so the owner of the domain can not be determined.
The awkward feeling regarding the website was confirmed when I had a closer look at the products and services. None of the descriptions are genuine and all collected together from various websites, for example:
At hTTp://www.metis-net.com/en-GB/sap/ they describe their SAP services which are a 1 to 1 copy from the SAP services from the greek company Agile S.A. (hTTp://www.agile-st.eu/index.php/en/services ). At the end of the webpage they even accidentally left the reference to Agile S.A. in the copy/pasted text.
At hTTp://www.metis-net.com/en-GB/ecommerce/ they describe their eCommerce services, which are a 1 to 1 copy from the greek company altanet S.A. (hTTp://www.altanet.gr/en-GB/ecommerce/ ).
At hTTp://www.metis-net.com/en-GB/analytics/ they describe their Analytics services. The first part of their description was stolen from Deloitte (hTTp://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/deloitte-analytics/solutions/deloitte-analytics.html ) and the second part of their description (the bullet points) was stolen from McKinsey (hTTp://www.mckinsey.com/client_service/marketing_and_sales/expertise/consumer_marketing_analytics_center ).
You can basically look at any of these services/product pages, copy/paste an excerpt into google and notice that the information given on the metis-net.com website has been “reused” from other sources. That itself should show that this website has been fabricated to represent a real business without there being any real substance behind it.
There are also some indications of an involvement of Globo in the creation of this website:
There are two greek urls (www.metis.gr and www.metisnet.gr), which both redirect to the fake website www.metis-net.com. Both of these greek urls were registered via Globo Technologies S.A. and use their nameserver ns1.globo.gr. (Note: This is no proof that these sites were registered and operated by Globo Technologies S.A. – many URLs in Greece are registered via Globo Technologies S.A.)
There is also the connection that the CEO from Metis S.A. went straight to being CEO of Globo Technologies and now is Vice President of Globo’s MBS division (hxxps://gr.linkedin.com/pub/vassilios-pallios/27/531/10a ).
The greek companies Altanet S.A. and Agile S.A. also have some sort of relationship to Globo. Agile S.A. has been mentioned as Partner from Globo (hTTp://www.globogr.com/default.aspx?lang=en-GB&page=194&newsid=412 ) and as customer from Globo (hTTps://clutch.co/app-development/review/globo-solution-sap-development-partner ). Altanet has been a supplier from Globo (they developed their website) and is listed as partner on Globo Technologies S.A. website (hTTp://www.globogr.com/default.aspx?lang=en-GB&page=246 )
