Firstly, I’m not a shareholder. I sold it long ago when they lost their previous auditor and somewhat embarrassed that I ever owned it given the cash flow history. Well done to the mighty Mr Cawkwell for calling it so early. However, would the release of this document publicly not constitute “tipping off”? I would love to have been the author of that report – it’s terrific. But I would have sent it to SOCA, not the financial press…
