Hello Share Babies. I recently sold a big share of my holding in Cambridge-based Arm Holdings (ARM). This is because I am always nervous of big technology companies. And indeed, small ones.

Any body else use Talk Talk broad band and calls package …………. dont bother the service is terrible . They have a fault again and I have not been able to get my emails down for two days now ! I am on their unlimited package too . Unlimited buffering that is . Talk about slow speeds ………. yep thats Talk Talk . Its so bad that they have just informed me that they are chucking me off them and onto another provider because their Rural Customer Service is so bad its spoiling their overall download speed figures that they use in advertising . Solution dump all the slow Rural exchange customers onto another provider ………… thanks Talk Talk . Biggest laugh is my house is about 200 metres from a BT exchange which last month was updated to “Superfast Cable” my new provider tells me I can have super fast cable with them from day one . Apparently Talk Talk are so thick they dont even realise that my local exchange has been converted recently to cable . I tried ringing them up to tell them but the line is always clogged with complaining customers and the Talk Talk email server is down yet again . What a bunch of nare do wells Talk Talk are . I cant wait till mid November when they throw me out the door and into my new “super fast cable service provider” Yippee!

I just dont fecking belieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeve it ( in the voice of Victor Meldrew ).
The good news is ………….. there isnt any .
The less bad news is ………. Talk Talk have announced they will provide a years Credit Fraud Alert Monitoring free of charge to all customers who have had their name , address and bank details stolen . Yep all four million . At say £25 a throw (wholesale cost) X 4 million that should make a hefty provision . Sell your talk talk shares on opening .
