OEM

Breaking: OEM – shareholders/creditors screwed – City fat cats agree shoddy deal to trouser £1 million

This is disgusting. Directors of OEM (OEM) stole £6 million from the company before it went bust - see HERE. Accountant’s Baker Tilly sued them and the case was set to come to court next month. But do the City fat cats give a FF about creditors or shareholders? Of course not. A shoddy deal and a gagging order to protect fat cats and thieving director alike has just been agreed.

Comments

  1. Shocking beyond belief .The share holders need to form an action group and sue, if the evidence has not been destroyed beyond reach .
Lets hope Karma does its best work here and the guilty ones fall ill with some unpleasant ailment or tribulation .

Sleep well chaps ……….. dont have nightmares about the Karma I have personally summoned down from the universe “coming for you” The scales of universal justice just will swing back level ……in time …. at a price to you and those others close to the crime .

  2. So why are the City of London Police or the Regulators not interested if there has been fraud or outright theft? They could at least prosecute then use the Proceeds of Crime legislation to cover their costs. Presume shareholders would still get nothing but the scumbags could also be made to feel the pain.

  3. I was waiting for the Jeremy Kyle show to start when I saw something on the TV about an autistic old lady who loved her cat but three twats came along and as she had not washed her dishes for two years instead of knocking they kicked her door in and took her cat away and spent months and public money persuing a private persecution for mistreating the cat then after two years someone realised they had made a stupid mistake and dropped the case and eventually she got the cat back still alive. Unfortunately the other case on the show the alleged miscreants cat was despatched to heaven the same day by a jobsworth vet, because it was thin and its fur needed a trim, then the miscreant was persecuted before charges were dropped.

Now I understand that cats come before shareholders but why could they not put this same team on the case to kick in the doors of the the OEM miscreants then deliver them to the jobsworth vet to practice his needle skills, it would be better than the Jeremy Kyle show and help even out the bad karma I feel about the world in general.

  4. What would be more fun is to kick down the doors of RSPCA , RSPB and all the other self appointed demi gods and install fly on the wall cameras . Then we could all see when they come home pissed , abuse the wife , torment the kids and forget to feed granny ( who they chained to a radiator in the basement in 1978 ) ,not to mention kick the cat and squeeze out teabags in the goldfish bowl thats only just big enough for a 3 point turn . My experience of these sorts is they sometimes have more skeletons in their closets than the people they hound when it comes down to it .

  5. For big Charities read big self-important names on the Committees, pissing away donations, fighting court cases over wills, strong-arm bully boy tactics against the weaker in society, spending more on fund-raising than on the cause. Shouldn’t they be qouted on the Casino?
