Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Emmit PLC (EMT) was booted off the AIM casino in May of this year but said that – notwithstanding a parlous financial position – it hopes to make a comeback once it has completed an RTO. I suggest that it has zero chance of this given the revelations below, revelations which show that its former Nomad Daniel Stewart (DAN) was not fit for purpose. Daniel Stewart deserves a massive censure and fine for the scam it allowed to take place. A scam that has cost investors millions.

DUCK AND DIVE
Great stuff – but I don’t believe you wrote it…or if you did, it has been completely rewritten by one of your trusty lieutenants who not only writes coherent and compelling copy but also relies exclusively on the Queen’s English and knows a typo when he sees one.
Anyway, the FCA and/or AIM Regulation and/or the SFO and/or the Financial Ombudsman absolutely must nail the culprit/s so that we can hound them out of business – as will surely be the fate of discretionary client abuser, WH Ireland.

Well, well, well
Didn’t know Kevin Sykes had involvement in this. I remember reading once there was a rumour Craig Whyte had some involvement in this stock. Then I looked at the convertible loan notes that had a very MHG/WRN look to them. Very fishy indeed.
Got to be one of the worst scandals on AIM this one, how many pensions will be entirely lost because of this. Some poor saps who put entire pension holdings in this according to FCA/RNS’
But I suppose those who are linked to WRN are specialists in liberating pensions and generally conning people out of money.
All we need to know now is the REAL pension deficit at Jerome/Worthington, especially following the “positive” settlement. Cough.
