I worked on the introductions of this technology when it first started, both in the states and over here.
I seriously doubt whether the market exists or available margin is sufficient enough for a company in this field to create a viable independent company in the first place.
As a trading arm of an existing company with shared liabilities such as corporate and premises costs maybe, but a stand alone I would say no
