Disclosure: I own shares in one or more of the stocks mentioned. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
As you know, if we mention shares on here we cannot trade for a few days. That’s in case we get all enthusiastic over a company and then sell it during the supposed rush to buy, such as Avacta (AVCT).

Sold these at about 0.75p towards the end of last year. Didn’t like doing so as I figured they could really be onto something with affirmers (and I was once sort of based more or less right next to them) but the company had form for leaving a nasty taste in the mouths of shareholders following a share issue from which they were excluded at a whopping discount to the secondary market price. At least those issued to raise £22M that were admitted yesterday were open to all and not significantly discounted. Should have followed my gut instinct – one lives and learns (at least that’s the plan)!
