In response to reader requests it is back, the all new Bulletin Board Moron of the Week. The ramblings of deranged blogger California Joe are barred to give all other morons a fair chance but any other BB Post or tweet which shows the sheer stupidity of some AIM Casino punters is eligible. Tweets by David John Hopkins or David Lenigas are eligible. We suggest that Sefton threads might prove happy hunting grounds this week although Afren, Worthington, Daniel Stewart and Quindell threads usually throw up some loons.

RE: Myth of shorters

I Might or Might not respect shorts if they used there own shares to short, but no they just Borrow some of mine and other long term holders
am sure shorter,s would love it if I waited till they went on Holiday, then go ask my mate in the car to lend me the shorter,s car why thy are away, and ill share some of the profits with him why using it as a Taxi, devalue the car with all the extra use, why they devalue the company, so we should all borrow stuff that,s not our.s and make money out of it . O yeah I forgot Ones a crime, but the other is not, buy your own shares.

RE RT.
Some of the things said about RT on here are slanderouse and if i were him i would be gunning for a few and Sewing for slander, why would i follow RT because he made QPP into a 2 Billion pound Company, that’s good enough for me, i dont care what some of you are saying on here i am invested in DAN and RT is a share holder in DAN, and lets not forget how much parts of QPP were sold of for, i don’t know weather some on here are stupid or just jelouse, he hasn’t been charged with any offence and did what he thought was right for QPP and the share holders, if he made any misstakes then that is bussines, but has commited no crime, so as i said before if you are not invested why should you care, GO AWAY, and leave us stuppid investors alone to reap the rewards of our investment.

DAN LSE, where the QPP & Rob Terry nutters are indulging their playing with fire habit while QPP is suspended. Some serious ramping underway there as they seek new novitiates.

It’s gotta be the acting Editor himself, Ben Flip Flop, surely for comments under his piece about Red Rock:

Its got to be TenBagMan(aka Tara) on ADVFN who is insistent that shorts will be closing their GATE positions at more than £6 a share and fantasising that another placing will be done at £354 a share, despite it being booted off the casino!
TEN BAG MAN 1 Aug’15 – 08:49 – 564 of 566 0 0
Any shorts had any luck paying under £6.00 to close out this week.?
TEN BAG MAN 28 Jul’15 – 13:35 – 550 of 566 0 0
For those can CAN do the maths.
Flotation price 10P (first placing £6.00)
Next placing for growth
59 times £6.00 = £354.00 per share.

View Thread (7)RE: 10% HoldingToday 17:47RayG, I agree with thoes sentiments. RT has more than indicated that DAN will play a core part in his business development plan. The fact that the FCA report might be a drawn out afair, this in itself won’t slow his ambitions too much becuase they have the option to grow their stake in the other half of the project IMTK to 30%. It’s funny how fickle and changeable market sentiment can be and investors are continuing to realise the potential. Of course your going to get thoes attempting to derail future prospects with talk of dark forces and suspects accounts, it’s all been spouted out before. Considerable upside to be achieved here in the comming months.

From the ADVFN Asylum, QPP thread 2 folks who somehow think I am to blame for Quindell’s plight, that the FCA/SFO are wasting them time on Terry and see conspiracies everywhere. For the record, I have not had a drink since Thursday ( and only 1 then) and have had 3 showers during that period They also seem to think I am somehow hiding – I think I always say where I am – and would waste my cash paying folks to post in their asylum. What sad loons:

Why oh why does any person with the slightest of sanity response to the self confessed unhygienic drunk and his paid ‘employee(s)’ El Crap. El Crap is not one person but several, paid per post hence the number of posts practically 24 hours a day. Co-ordinated by the drunk.
The self confessed unhygienic drunk scared for his own safety?? This from a gutless, spineless foulmouthed troll who hides behind numerous avatars on here. Surely if someone wanted to punch him they would just turn up at his piggy pizza joint.
My sympathies lay with the Greeks who have this abusive troll now living amongst them – for the moment. Rumours in the City are that Greece may implement heavy taxes on all non-Greek property owners. Hope not or we could see him return here.
Block El Crap, dry up his line to monies and maybe he will piss off. El Crap, don’t bother. You have been blocked since you appeared.

LSE bb . by brother humble again! seems to have some kind of bromance thing going on with RT
RayG, your scenario is very plausible and I to believe that thoes pinning their hopes on the FCA finally nailing RT’s coffin have been swept up in a toxic mist that will prove to be misguided. My take resonates with yours but I also think although the FCA investigation is likely at some stage to involve RT, there’s still a ‘ innocent until proven guilty perspective here’ so to impose say a restriction on RT in relation to the DAN listing would be significant and some kind of official statement would have to be made. I think your right the oversubscrition has served its purpose. Talk of RT running scared and feeling nervous are typical nonsence manufactured to shake the naive and gullible. The OTT trolls have gone but we now have to deal with …… People talking about dark forces ……the untrustworthiness of RT and the same old accounts ‘ smoke and mirrors’ in an attempt to destable. Try and ignore them becuase they have nothing genuine to offer.

Jeepers from the LSE Asylum, Afren board. The company says the parrot is dead. It is not breathing. It drowned in debt. The parrot is stiff as a board and stone cold. But some still see this as a minor glitch:
Isengard7Today 12:27
Administration might just be a way to buy more time. once crude oil price recovers and once the short term production issues are resolved, the revenue should come flying in and they should be able to emerge out of admin and unsuspended the shares.
others may consider this wishful thinking. but if your heavily invested your also going to try and think of a positive outcome.

RE: UK Investor Article
Today 11:09
Frankly I quite admire RT.
I do think he got it wrong by not having a really robust financial reporting and treasury management function. If he had a had a treasury management function with teeth the growth jump would have ensured matched finance ……or the overtrading just wouldnt have happened. Even so I believe it could have been solved by offloading HL claims business. ( ( well it was given away anyway) or a different approach to the turnaround.. It is difficult to assemble robust treasury management in a fast growing group. RT did deserve the push.
However I see absolutely no evidence of criminal behaviour……and as jimmy points out there is £600m in the bank. Shouldve been over £1B but that is down to poor turnaround management and I have a wee notion PwC are the culprits. PwC would actually have made more £‘s if they had tipped it into administration……they have all but done that.
A Turnaround specialist with grit could have preserved the value and the group..

Juicin Drumroll,
Its interesting to see the same faces on the QPP/DAN boards and their posting styles. EG.
Bordersman – Robbajob Mark 2 – Must work in the same office in Scotland. Endless figures and PE numbers.
K3VMC – QPPSAG Spokesman and RT fan boy. Turns up to tell people they are filtered and he’s buying again.
Grumpyscouser / theguvnor – turn up so insult and report anyone who say bad words against RT or QPP/DAN
twgweenyteeth – VILE POSTER who has never posted a single worthwhile comment. TW Obsessed.
lindoser – Latest QPP poster with a TW obsession – twgweenyteeth’s best mate???
Brotherhumble – RT fanboy and the writer of the most longwinded BS going.
WHAT a SAD and miserable existence this bunch of losers must have.

I nominate Andrew Bell’s for moron of the week for his tweets on the 29th July on his personal armcmb twitter account.
AB, “JMS: great performance vs budget so far this year; we were reflecting nonetheless how SP would be plummeting were we still listed – luckily not!”
AB, “All the news is positive except SP which is very negative” (erm what about that negative news that you gave in your above earlier tweet where you said if Red Rock’s star asset ‘Jupiter’ were listed the share price would have plummeted?”)
AB, “RRR firing on all cylinders in our view, which makes SP disappointing if unsurprising – a shareholder liquidation in thin market no help there” ( i think he’s moaning about E.O immediately selling all their hundreds of milions of RRR shares)
An RRR pi tweets AB, “please don’t issue any more RRR shares unless absolutely necessary.Need sustained period without dilution to help shareprice recover”
AB, “Agree”. (I’ve seen AB give these promises on twitter before. I give it one month before the next dilution)

Likewise Chris, I don’t care at all what they say. When too many appear I just switch to Message View so I can’t see their worthy outpourings.
Only 3 realistic options for the next RNS here imo:
Merge confirmed, which is great as we’ll be on the home straight.
Another month’s deliberation, which although frustrating is good as it means the plan is still progressing.
No merger, which is fine in one sense as I believe they’d then just relist with all of the deals under one umbrella, and sort out the preferred company structure another time. Obviously not their preferred option but it sounds ok to me.
A bit simplistic, I know, but if any investor has any other thoughts re options then feel free to voice them…….it’s Sunday and I’ve got my decorating head on rather than my investing head :-) I don’t do multi-tasking.

Possibly Clem Chambers , Daniel Levi, Chris Williams would join Jossy on the board. The two other US directors would also be shown the door.
There could be difficulty is attracting a current existing oil experienced (AIM quoted) CEO, to leave his/her current position to join SER.
Either way I hope Daniel Levi & Associates use their 10% shareholding to call an EGM as soon as possible.
Some open discussion in the presence of the board URGENTLY needs to take place
