Daniel Stewart (DAN) has today been forced to say that it knows of no reason for the increase in its share price and to warn that it's bailout £1 million funding will be at a discount to the current share price. Daniel Stewart lies. The reason the shares are heading to more luducrous levels is that Rob Terry, the fraudster and insider dealer of Quindell (QPP) and The Innovation Group (TIG) infamy is ramping the shares and here is the email that proves it.

Hold on Tom. Isn’t Terry saying QPP is worth £1 bill, not £3 bill as stated by you above?

The Founder & Board created a successful methodology for acquiring businesses, used during their previous ventures, combining future warranted profit before tax at today’s value and potential clawbacks to protect existing investors, whilst also aligning all parties’ interests.
It is a combination of these methods that have allowed our team to grow its last two businesses: to 2,000 staff and revenue of £100 million after three years in the first instance; and over 3,500 staff and approaching £500 million revenue within three years in the second.
Despite delivering significant returns, this methodological approach did have its faults, but the Quob Park Estate team have enhanced and perfected it to once again be used to support our planned rapid growth, and deliver significant returns for our investors.
Our Founder has confirmed that it is his intention to offer to the company all material projects and/or investment opportunities that he is introduced to until the company determines that it no longer wishes to proceed with such opportunities.

There are no shortages of blind mug punters willingly piling into Daniel Stewart today, following the pronouncements of the all knowing and all seeing ‘Founder’!
Goes to show that some folk will climb into bed with anyone, no matter how repulsive or reviled, in order to make a quick buck!
Of course, its usually those exact same folk that end up getting screwed …… a case of supping with the Devil, I guess!

Tom “You will laugh at how he claims to have valued Quindell at £3 billion “
present tense
who is the ‘dumb fuck’?
zeronegative
“who is the ‘dumb fuck’?” – have is past tense in this circumstance.
“Founders’ view in 2014 that the business was worth approximately £3bn”
Look in the mirror filthylucre if you want to see a “dumb fuck”
Are you here just to troll??

I did put a comment on about Dan but the power went and was not sure if it would get published but I guess not. I’m glad really reading all these comments. The fact is I sold at a good profit because of a placing Dan did at a premium but that was luck and to early. I think AIM as to many problems and you can not call any share in this market. I think Tom is right about a lot of AIM companies but like I said before the Rot runs to deep to solve it. I lost a lot of money in a company which I believed was fraud but no one cares and its a capital loss on paper to me and a brand new car to them. :(

“ he claims “ is clearly present tense
It seems that there are a number of ‘dumb fucks’ in these parts.
I am here to introduce a bit of common sense and balance.
No doubt Tom thinks that he is doing the same. I sincerely hope that
that is his motivation.

I am so glad to see Mr Terry & Co back on Shareprophets – Tom’s incisive analysis in exposing the ludicrous QPP was a source of constant amusement. I missed it when Mr Terry left the building, but now he is back with a “perfected” investment model…can’t wait for the 3rd instalment…
My comment is on a slightly different tack – picking up on the apparent investment in 360Globalnet which as every QPP follower will know was one of the gazillion acquisitions made by Mr Terry at QPP. Looking back to 2012, QPP increased its stake in 360Globalnet from 3% to 19% for £2.15m. This conveys a “value” of £13.4 million. At the time the most recent 360Globalnet accounts showed two loans to (not from) Directors, Tangible Assets of only £10K and a net loss the previous year of £988. So easy to see how it supported a value of £13.4 million in Terry and QPP-moron land… The most recent accounts published (YE 2013) show a loss, in 2013 alone, of £1,304,866… but who needs profits and cash in the Terry parallel universe.
So the question is how much of a loss did QPP take on divesting this investment?
