Audioboom Group (BOOM) has announced “key performance indicators” for the second quarter of its year to end November 2015. How helpful though are these in assessing the investment promise on offer?

Isn’t this a bit like slagging Eurotunnel off about it’s turnover in the period before the tunnel opened? The company has made its business plan clear- grow content, grow users, grow listens then monetise. They are just at the start if monetising with all of the content/user/listen numbers ahead of schedule. I’m a long term holder and have never traded a single share as I believe this will fly one day and intend being on board when it does. The infrastructure is built, future growth is built in with agreements to inbed the app on African and Indian mobiles and within the new in car systems. The revenue will soon flow and when it does it will be huge and will be ongoing with just a bit of maintenance required, an absolute cash cow to be cheerfully milked. If you wait for this company to “show you the money” you won’t have to wait more than a year but I suspect you will miss the boat

I really wish that Share“Prophets” could actually try to be optimistic about British global businesses, instead of thinking “what can we short in their closed period so they have no defence”. If you really are prophets, then on this basis I have to assume that you never understood Google or Facebook, & your ability to see into the future is sadly lacking. Where I do have respect for you is where you highlight dangerous directors, & what little the AIM team does to guide Nomads in their sometimes absurd support for such. Fraud is one thing; damaging small business with genuine growth potential is another. By all means question valuations, but don’t damage business to such an extent that these visionaries get robbed of all incentive to deliver. Without some adventurers in business, this british economy will continue to get flattened as it attempts to compete in the global market. Give it some support, & stop being so myopic & miserable ! Yes, I am a shareholder & will continue to be. ps Get back to fraud busting……
