While Worthington (WRN), pro tem, remains a UK listed stock, the Takeover Panel is forcing all sorts of revelations today which raise a few awkward questions for Doug Ware, the boss of this POS.

Are we going to see a holding of 100k from Earleys cousin twice removed next?

One of the other mysteries of who are the major Worthington owners is the arrival of an entity called Olympus Trading Group Ltd(disclosed in Worthingtons RNS 31 March 2015) ;this overseas entity appears to be the holder of around potentially 20m shares based on its holding of warrants & convertible loan stock mainly derived from the Law Financial transaction.
Worthington indicates that Olympus Trading Group Ltd holds its interest on behalf of more than 300 separate beneficiaries none of whom on conversion own more than 3% of Worthington capital. One wonders if any/ some of the usual suspects have been busy selling “investment opportunities” in Worthington to third parties in recent months.
In addition the mystery remains regarding the near doubling of Worthington’s issued share capital since its year end and what exactly the company has gained in financial terms from the issue and whether the parties to whom the shares were issued still retain them.
As Doug Ware and Worthington has conveniently pulled the (phone) plug on any communication on any matter with the outside world in case he breaks the takeover rules,an extreme fastidiousness with rules he has not previously exhibited in matters like publication of accounts;we will no doubt be left in the dark about these matters for the foreseeable future.

Are we getting an insight into how many millions Earley has made selling, Doug getting his agreed % in shares that he is spreading about (was it 4% or 6% of any money made, revealed in one of your WRN exposes Tom)
The warrants/options/shares held here are just obscene.
Johan Bruyneel
Johan Bruyneel banned for doping and Lockdale Limited a dissolved company?!

Johan Bruyneel given nigh on 1m worth of shares for a website that a primary aged child could have created. Check out the essential cyclist website, pure comedy if that’s his remuneration for such.
If the golden ticket holders get their £10 per share, Johan may have more money than Lance Armstrong once did!

After reading the LSE WRN board today I am actually of the opinion that is this POS actually relists on some obscure secondary listing it may well go up.
The number of complete fuckwits on then LSE board is mind blowing. Complete lunatics who still think clever old Doug will circumvent the FCA and regain WRN’s soon to be lost main FTSE listing by RTO onto the back of a near bankrupt Copenhagen listed REE explorer.
The mind boggles.

The interests held by Olympus Trading Group Ltd are held on behalf of more than 300 separate beneficiaries, none of whom would, on exercise or conversion, hold 3% or more of the Company’s issued capital.

Olympus Trading Group Ltd, Trident Chambers, Capital City Building, PO Box 1388, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles, owner of relevant securities. Controlled by Ms Kirsten Forbes, sister in law of Aidan Earley:
So his sister in law holds loan notes and warrants on behalf of 300 beneficiaries? This is getting beyond the joke, think they may be getting tangled in the lies

I also suspect that Daz may be right.
This is a classic Tulip Company. It does nothing, administers nothing, produces nothing and, in all probability, hasn’t got much money either but it’s listing ( or hoping to list) where its mottled history isn’t known and where newbie investors may well be excited by the baloney it’s putting out. It only needs a day or two of scrambling for shares ( à la UKOG, à la Daniel Stewart) and away goes the share price…..for a day or two….until statements about mundane stuff such as earnings have to be made. But, what the hell, the Bulletin Board Boys are happy…for a day or two. And anyway, no matter how it all pans out there’ll still be a hard core of blokes hanging on to their Golden Tickets…“I’m in this for the long haul”….

CoHouse says Sherri Ellison owns 100pc of Renatus Capital Ltd not Wulstan Earley:
We have 1 shareholders for Renatus Capital Ltd, according to the latest Annual Return submitted on 11 October 2014.
Name of Shareholder Shareholding Ownership
Miss Sherri Ellison 100 Ordinary £ 1.000000 100%
Sherri Louise Eliison has been co-director with DAMIAN ROY FRANCIS EARLEY of (irony) Missing Asset Services Worldwide Ltd
How are Robert Roman and Mr Allan Biggar & Mrs Bridget Biggar related to Worthington or Earley though?
Fraudster Cheat Worthington Executive Johan Bruyneel. Runs Essential Cyclist for Worthington? Owns 3.85 percent of WRN!
Lance Armstrong’s longtime coach, Johan Bruyneel, was banned for 10 years on Tuesday for helping to organize massive doping on teams led by the disgraced cyclist.
The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency announced the verdicts of an American Arbitration Association panel against Bruyneel and two medical staff, completing its lengthy investigation which saw Armstrong banished from cycling in 2012.
Bruyneel “was at the apex of a conspiracy to commit widespread doping on the (U.S. Postal Service) and Discovery Channel teams spanning many years and many riders,” USADA said in a statement.
