Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

DAN

Daniel Stewart: Tom Winnifrith says – “See you in Court you fascist bitchez”

On 30th April I ran an article stating “Daniel Stewart – shares suspended at 4.30 PM today?” The shares were in fact suspended the next morning as the company had been unable to find a replacement Nomad for Westhouse which quit on April 1. Shares in Daniel Stewart will retrade from tomorrow as it has found a Nomad that will act for it but with very odd conditions.  Daniel Stewart responded to this article by sending a pompous and fascistic letter demanding that I pull the article within 48 hours and swear never to repeat its content or else.  Suffice to say I will happily see the bitchez in Court but the tone of the correspondence is both amateurish and fascistic at the same time.

  1. Classic,

Just keep your correspondence up, for every letter/email back to Swan Turton will cost them £££

Will Daniel Cesspit be the new name/buzzword in the city?

  2. Perhaps in future you might consider a different strategy. Obviously my old trainers are still rooting for you, I have them on my feet right now.

However rather than dumping on the most recent lawyer explaining why they are going to fail it might be better to respond along the lines of..

    “Thanks

    Kindest ETC

    Tom.”

and then ignore them in the hope that Dan, having decided you have almost rolled over, goes Feng Shui and bungs them a shed load of someone else’s money to actually take you to court… Rack up a huge bill of your own and then take him for costs on the day.

Obviously it is a win win for the lawyers, whilst Dan gets ‘double stuffed’, but you might get in on side by investing in Worthington. Apparently they are in to this litigation stuff.

  3. Time for a Daniel Sesspit sticker in the bogs at Free Speech & Liberty me thinks
    http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Your-Own-%22Put-Toilet-Seat-Down%22-Sticker

  4. Very neatly slipped Rob Terry’s name into that 2nd letter, I wonder why.

I think I would ask my lawyer that as Rob terry’s name is on the 2nd letter, does that imply I have to shut up about him as well,

I would further ask what advantage can I gain from the fact that Terry’s name has been used, if this is taken further can I use it to get my allegations against Terry of insider dealings, and party A re Party B in front of a judge.

I’m sorry if I’m wrong but I am convinced that Rob Terry isn’t just a fraudster, he is a serial fraudster, and he has got away with every one so far, he will always resurface somewhere, and I’m in no doubt Dan Cesspit is his new play,
I have a feeling he is behind this letter because TW is right, his name should not have been mentioned.

    Tom

I wonder if this new found militancy of Daniel Stewart has anything to do with its newly registered major shareholder?

One must assume, that that person of entrepreneurial genius, must be smarting and thirsting for revenge after you have so effectively destroyed his reputation and business career during the last twelve months!

Wouldn’t attempting to gag you, Tom, be a clever move? Silencing and de-risking any future forensic analysis and criticism, of new planned business enterprises, by the Ex Country Club owner? Or am I just being paranoid?

  6. DUCK AND DIVE

Before you pass the hat round again, would it be possible to publish the accounts for the Fighting Fund? Donations + costs awarded minus expenses?

As a staunch supporter of your legal crusades to date, I’ve made this request a couple of times before and thought you had agreed to do this.

TW Note. The FF is in surplus so there is no need to pass hat around. Oddly I have no intention of letting folks like Terry or DAN know what resources are avaialble

  7. DUCK AND DIVE

“I have no intention of letting folks like Terry or DAN know what resources are available”
    ——-
Than maybe you could restrict the information to donors via email – say every 6 months?
