Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. Ben Turney seems to think that bankrupting a stack of private investors and allowing a false market to run in an AIM stock is a good thing and will clean up AIM. Apparently young Ben has a lot of supporters on the LSE Asylum which is a clear sign that he is losing the plot. Anyhow, as such he is not allowed to enter his own tweets or posts in this week’s Bulletin Board Moron contest as he needs to give others a fair chance. With four days to go to the General Election we are also allowing any daft MP quotes in this contest.

Even though I have a slight suspicion this vote is going to be rigged and I have this week’s award in the bag, may I please still recommend this little gem from the NEW board on ADVFN

If this is a fair vote, you’ll have no chance of winning. That honour should go to no other than Tom Winnifrith.
Reason, for suggesting you can just turn the clock back and undo the NEW trades from Wednesday. What an insane suggestion, can’t believe he’s even suggested this. Can you imagine the spider web of trades that would need untangling. Where would you start, and with whom? What about the people who have bought and sold for a quick profit, and bought something else with the proceeds, how do we deal with this. It would take months to untangle. Absolute insane suggestion. Come on Tom, you are the Winner by a country mile!

I’ve just been sent this from the LSE Asylum. I hope you are in good humour this morning Tom, this is very funny.

“Ben Turney has one route for going forward (see HERE) which has made him the hero of the LSE Asylum and the twitter lynch mob. I regard his actions as morally reprehensible but publish his articles anyway as I support free speech”
Ben is smarter than me, thats why I ban inteligent comments on my blog.
“If Ben and his new pals understood how the City works”
So do my mates, thats why I changed my stance, once I realized all my mates were short and corky and lucian in pie with chips phoned me in tears.
“So those who are short are not “wicked shorters” but just ordinary investors like you or me”
They are the guys who look after my portfolio because I am usless at share tipping.
“Chris Oil thinks he owns 342 million shares”
Chris Oil thinks he owns 342 million shares!
The way to clean up AIM is not to ruin the lives of little people – dismissing it as collateral damage.
I dont want to clean up aim because I’d be out of a job and I woulsd kill the golden goose for my mates
I so want BB loon of the year award!

Please can I nominate biochelm from the LSE asylum. Here’s a little gem from him posted Thu 7 May 10:14:

FFS, do these people not realise that their company failed to pay interest on its debt in March? And are currently bribing, er, compensating bondholders who promise not to “accelerate”? [Google “bond acceleration”, loons!]
And now he’s hoping for a share buyback! You bet he is… what a muppet.

I wish I’d copied the comment on LSE last night by someone suggesting that now would be a good time for NEW to do a share buy back!!! Can’t remember who the author was – I did query what they’d buy the shares back with and why they’d do so now it was trading at multiples of its actual value :)
