Is the FCA a total joke? We shall see and the man who is going to help answer that question is insider dealer and unconvicted fraudster Rob Terry. This is interesting.

Decisions ….Decisions . Oh to be a fly on the wall at FCA HQ . Perhaps its all a cheap way of clearing Mr Terrys name dreamed up by Terry himself . Certainly the cheapest possible way of clearing ones name compared to funding libel cases.

It’s a self fulfilling. The fact you even need to ask the question in the first place says it all.

Pretty much gets the FCA off the hook.
Terry failure number 5 looming lol, he’s only been in this one a few days and he has already screwed it, how many Quenrons followed him here. Any nomad care to step up to the vacancy ?

Speaking of Quenron, I see that shareholders voted over 99% in favour of the S&G deal. Now there’s a snap your hand off at the shoulder moment if ever there was one. So much for all the QPP bulls saying S&G were getting a cheap deal. Not much disapproval. Clock’s ticking now up to when S&G realise they’ve bought a pup. Hopefully for QPP holders its after completion.

Amazing article in today’s Telegraph.
Where did they get their story from?

Whether it is distasteful or not, the FCA can’t take away his property, that would be a breach of his human rights, not one word of a joke.

after all those articles saying quindell fraud its boiled down to saying he sold before the public knew 2nd broker had given notice. no wonder the fca werent interested

Are we missing the point? It seems to me RT intends to build his stake in DS and then reverse in his private company which will not then need FCA authorisation, so his request to go through 10% is not and end in itself but merely a means to an end.
All the same the whole thing is an utter disgrace and the regulators should step in and do all they can (which might be limited, let’s be honest) to clean the stables.

Having worked under Mr Terry many moons ago and knowing lots of people whose businesses were bought by him, I have still to meet anyone who was pleased with the outcome of their dealings. In many cases, I admit, serves ‘em right for believing the bullshit. The claims industry, and to their shame several Quindell clients, knew the RNS’s were utter fiction when it came to the size of the deals – but kept quiet.
I am interested in seeing how the accounts unravel after the sale. Particularly interested in how the software sales unravel. Mr T was a master at presenting intercompany dealings as real revenue. “I’ll pay you too much (in paper) for your company but buy my dated software first please.” Plus ca change etc…
