This share price is simply insane. You can defy gravity bit not for long and at 1.35p Daniel Stewart (DAN) is capitalised at £10 million – it is at least 85% overvalued and so is the first of my here Easter short ideas.

You need to be bonkers to short this , despite the absolutely shocking fundy………. mentals :-
1) since when did the FCA /SFO do anything ……… Terry will go as high as he likes
2) The Terry Moron army are out to crush shorters and this is the new vehicle designated for the task .
Stay safe …… you can lose more than your shirt out there .

Firstly Daniel Stewart is not a stock broker it as an investment bank.
Stock broking is only one of many services it provides. The company has received new finance, the accounts have been filed and the listing restored. The new financial backer will ultimately own 29.39% of the company after FCA approval. I fail to see why you think the FCA are going to impose any fines having just allowed the suspension to be lifted.
Rob Terry may be restricted to under 10% until permission is granted by the FCA to hold more but that goes for all investors in FCA regulated firms. However there is nothing to prevent him from joining the board.
It might be that Daniel Stewart has learned its lesson from the past, reapplying for its nomad license and with its new Singaporean backer is attempting to expand in Asia so creating genuine wealth for itself, its clients and its shareholders.

Well said Beckett, I do not own shares at present because I sold a couple of days ago but I sold over a million far to easy. I will watch this one because I think I might have made a mistake but it would be a gamble to buy back in because Me and my lad just bought 1% of a company that everyone said it was a sell so I hope that comes good. Its all a game.:)

Yeah right.
The AIM never will get rid of fraudsters and crooks, all the time shareholders invest in them. What does it take.
