I have given Peter Hambro and Petropavlovsk (POG) some almighty stick over the years and been proved right. Now Peter reckons it is time to hit back so he and I will debate on the main stage at UK Investor show in a quick fire 10 minute Vinnik vs Santos head to head.

PIs lost alot of money on that DOG of a company.
didn’t PH sell shares when they were over £10 a few years back..so hes hardly short of cash now!
I was a holder up until the RI and bought back a small amount post-RI at 4.31p but sold too soon before watching it rally to around 6.2p – RNSs about II holdings prompted the rally but its since fallen back. The SP was manipulated down to 5p pre-RI so PIs wouldn’t take up their rights! I think 35% of rights were taken up.
may i suggest a parting gift? A CD of your POG bearcast!!

Don’t let us down Tom. You could ask him how he squares the 16-1 wipeout with Max in IR’s statement that Mr Hambro couldn’t face retirement, knowing that he’d ruined many smaller shareholders.

I just have one concern – are you sure that’s really a photo. of Ben Edelman on www.UKInvestorshow.com (third one – next to Evil’s) and not The Prince of Darkness himself masquerading as Mr Edelman (apparently he’s a master of disguise), possibly in league with Richard Poulden?
