Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. The Nomad to Insetco (INC) quit today. I now have more to reveal on this in this podcast special and I bring to your attention the conman crook Terry Ramsden (do a Google search). This is a bargepole stock.

It is a shame that this information hadn’t been investigated before the stock was tipped on this site!

The numbers really don’t add up here. There have been over 95 working days since they announced the contract. 95 days to do DD on a few hundred life policies? Even if each policy was worth $50k (reality they would probably be much more) then that is 600 policies. They are doing DD on less than 6 polices per day?!? Something very fishy going on here!

It looked a questionable share when it was first tipped. The subsequent, awful presentation and the contract no show late 2014/early 2015 just wrote ‘BARGEPOLE’ even larger in neon lights. Problem with any tip I suppose is that you have to take so much at face value because if it was in black and white the price would already have re-rated. If you’re dishonestly / over-optimistically fed a line it’s not going to end happily or do anyone’s reputation any good.

Tom, do we know anything about Windsor Investment Funds LLP who put £210k in at full price only a few weeks ago?

Been round the block with this one, only invested £500, so no big deal, thanks for your honesty Tom, and trying to put a bad call right.

Well my Google search led me to the following comment on Terry Ramsden from Luican Meiers back in December 2010:
“Lastly readers who read my recent piece on Insetco, the company involved in business dealings with convicted fraudster Terry Ramsden, will not be surprised to see that the shares have been suspended.”
Based on the above, I think that Andrew Kennedy has a point – shouldn’t you have pressed for information on this point before recommending this stock?

Re TR
We were led to believe that he was out, had no shares, no involvement. He appeared to have no involvement in Inc – it is the Canadian ops where he is linked. I suspect there may be well hidden links back to Inc but they were not obvious to us at the time. Nor are they obvious now

Thank you Tom.
I think it would have strengthened your case to mention Mr Ramsden’s previous ties with Insetco, I suspect that there are many new investors (like me) who were completely oblivious to his prior involvement. With this new information I can begin to see why you are so averse to this stock.

The best way forward for Tipster is technical analysis forgetting Fundamental analysis. I think the best technical analysis chart to read would be a polygraphs test of every company director who talks about their company.
