Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
I am not sure if I feel confident. The British legal system is daunting but I know that what I have done in revealing the acts of Aiden Earley is the right thing to do. It is in the public interest, most notably for Jerome pensioners and shareholders in Worthington as well as stakeholders in Rangers FC, that the truth comes out.

not sure if my previous comment got through but we have to stand up to people with no moral compass otherwise there is no point in being a true capitalist. We have to make money the honest way, it’s too easy to make it dishonestly.
Never surrender !!

The world is not an honest place, that is why you rarely find an honest man. People will always put you down, but you can always get up, there will come a time you do go down and never get back up, but it will be life that does to you, and no man.
Win or lose, you do the right thing. Good luck

Good luck Tom ………… although I am sure you wont need it . Karma is on your side and with Oakley heading up your legal team your in safe paws . After all I saw a cat see off a crocodile on TV last night ………. although it did have a complete set of legs which obviously put the crocodile at some what of a disadvantage .

All the best for tomoz Tom, right is on your side, just need to convince the old darling as Rumphole of the Bailey used to say.
Don.t break into Lloyd Grossperson mode, or swear, except on the Bible, if your a believer ???, as shyster we both know is.
I am sure he wears his religion, like his mock respectabliity, true shyster style
As he prays, others pay.

Onward, oh Paladin of the markets. Have courage when facing the foul villeins and scullions of the lower reaches of the marshy AIM wastelands.
Have fun really fucking them up.

Hope your barrister has the same effect on the Judge as she does on you!

Good luck Tom – let’s hope that the esteemed Mr Earley is relying on his simple sword of truth and trusty shield of British fair play (with the same result as Mr Aitken…!)

And success will DEMAND a celebratory pint of Worthington’s, even if you’re not normally a bitter drinker!

Well done tom..as stated at least I know who jrjnr is now another liar and desperate dodge pot who enjoys stealing people’s money..it’s amazing how a bankrupt twice over can afford a huge mansion backing onto a golf course days in court but when collard he was the 1 who asked for 28 days admittedly quickly rebuffed to 14.but let’s see him pay..I mean come on.he is sincere and has been trying to repay creditors?? Haha what with?? Poor pensioners stolen money..I thought doug would of shown support!!

Why should others finance your legal bills??

WhatdoIknow?
The answer to your name is nothing, judging by your posts here in serial support of fraudsters. Some folks are happy to donate to help me clean up AIM others like you like the frauds.

Make the assumption that decent people consider fraud wrong and the shyster’s that perpetrate fraud, wicked.
Why, in that case, wouldn’t decent folk support the person with the bravery and integrity to investigate, uncover and expose the wrongdoers?
Its a great pity that greed seems to be the overriding priority of investors in these frauds, that subdues their sense of what’s right.
As, Phil say’s……. do the right thing! As, Tom say’s……. Its your call.
