Yes you read the headline correctly. The CEO of an AIM listed company has been languishing in prison since mid-November and no-one has been told about it. Two Nomads, the non-execs, AIM Regulation you stand accused of contributing to the darkest hour of the Casino. Anyone who has bought shares since the incarceration you know who to sue. Surely heads must roll?

The Casino plumbs new depths.
This was from the NBU RNS of February 18:
“Following the announcement made on 9 January 2015, the non-executive Directors of Naibu are disappointed to report that they have been unable to obtain any information regarding the Company’s trading operations in China, and therefore they are currently unable to provide shareholders with any update on the financial position of the Company. Neither Mr. Lin Huoyan, the Chairman, nor Mr. Lin Congdeng, executive Director, have responded to requests from the non-executive Directors to provide such information. “
I wonder whether the NED’s and Nomads knew then that Mr Lin was already in the slammer. Surely they must have? If so, surely shareholders ought to have been told?
Even casinos are regulated. AIM is nothing but a cesspit. The stench is worse with every revelation.

Totally unbelievable……………. it you made a film of it no one would believe it . It just goes to show the absolute power of money to corrupt and for people to just stop doing their jobs of regulation and simply take the money . People must be held accountable this time . The buck must stop here . AIM was a joke ……… but its worn thin now . Some people have lost serious money because the regulators have done zilch to alert them to this in an appropriate time scale .
Well done Tom …….. as usual .
DUCK AND DIVE
Great story!
Finally, surely, the regulators will have to act – and be seen to act, not least because they are liable along with the directors, Nomad, etc for allowing punters to continue to invest in this POS. If they don’t act then they should be fined and stripped of their powers.
Worth flogging this story to the national press and TV.

Absolutely shocking. If the regulators don’t act this time then they never will. It’s time for them to step up …
