Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
So Doug Ware insists that he moved immediately to clear any links with Craig Whyte when taking over as CEO of the fraud Worthington (WRN) in 2012. As I showed earlier that was just not true – HERE. Now I have another killer email, this time it is Ware to Whyte in May 2013!

The wheels come off when you flood with too many shares, you need to keep the buyers coming. Almost like a shares ponzi.
If Earley/Whyte split things 50/50, does the £17.7m Whyte publically owes to Ticketus mean they actually owe £8.85m each under their agreement?

How could such a group of monkeys from the Rob Terry School of Business Ethics have gotten away with high jacking, a main listed company such as Worthington Group, for so long?
Given the charge of fraud is proven, what havoc and destruction to the already battered reputations of UK financial markets, would have been, had the ambitions of Mr Ware to list on the New York and Frankfurt exchanges been achieved?
