Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
It is now three weeks since shares in Naibu (NBU) were suspended from the AIM casino pending clarification of its financial position, notwithstanding the fact that it claimed to be profitable, cash generative and to have net cash of £32 million – a multiple of its market cap. In light of this I have again written to Big Ray Zimmerman of ZAI Corporate Finance, Nomad to this fraud because the implications of the fraud are severe for not only Naibu but also ZAI, Daniel Stewart (DAN) and the other members of the Fujian four – China Chaintek (CTEK), Camkids (CAMK) and Jiasen (JSI). Plus for good measure JQW (JQW).

Keep up, the great work!
Keep the pressure on, don’t let these greedy scoundrels get away with their disgraceful deceit and unprincipled practices.
There can be no doubt that when these blatantly sham companies fail, serious questions need to be levelled at all those involved in promoting and legitimising them, in order to suck in private investors, by all the relevant authorities.
Of course, ZAI could quickly dispel all accusations calling into question their professional integrity by issuing a statement forthwith.
I bet some highly paid executive from ZAI got out to Quangang, checked out the factory, met the management, discussed the labour shortages etc etc etc……. Yep…. i reckon that’s what a real pro outfit would have done as part of their due diligence !

The only company here I hold shares in is Daniel Stewart and they have always replied to any contact I have made with them as a small shareholder so I can only speak in their defence . I cannot comment on any of the other companies because I have never bought the shares of any china based company yet. My reason for this post is that I remember the dot com and loads of people floated anything with dot com at the end of it and none of these was Made in China but they had no cash or any real business but it was still floated. Some did come good but was affected when the bubble burst.
