Following revelations HERE and HERE, I have today written to the FCA urging it to launch an immediate investigation into crowdfunding platform Crowd for Angels and its compliance officer Mr Richard “Gollum” Gill to establish whether it is appropriate that either continues regulated activity. I believe neither do as the letter below explains.

It is with a heavy heart but, as an upstanding member of the community, it is my duty. I shall be reporting Crowd for Angels and its compliance officer, Mr Richard “Gollum” Gill, to the FCA later today arguing that they are potentially misleading investors in a material way with regard to the “underwritten” Green bond for AIM listed uber dog Verditek (VDTK) which I covered yesterday.

You will remember that AIM POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR) is out of cash and is burning cash at up to £200,000 a month. It is insolvent. Its Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish is too busy thinking of his next five course lunch to push the company on this and have the shares suspended pending clarification. When this goes tits up, his failure on this point will be raised with AIM Regulation. But at least there is the crowd funded debt death spiral to raise £250,000 which is now 11 days into its 90 day campaign, there to save Golden. How is it doing?

The crony capitalists from across the Square Mile gathered to say how well they had done being paid vast amounts to stuff dumb fuck investors into shite stocks, before the spivs departed for some late night celebratory coke and hookers. Will Richard Gill, aka Gollum, the AIM Shit of the year 2012-2020, update the Crowd For Angels green ponzi bond prospectus to reflect the lies exposed by today’s full year results from Verditek (VDTK)? I doubt it. Remember that in the run-up to an October 2020 £3.5 million fund raise, this company announced EIGHT sales contracts.

I start with logistical issues. Thanks to Andrew Bell and Red Rock Resources (RRR), I need to find another hat to eat on video. This may take a while but I am a man of my word. I discuss Red Rock and why Bell has let me down. I end with a picture of where I was at lunchtime with Joshua celebrating today’s personal triumph re Eden Research and KPMG.
