Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Most recently on Silver Bullet Data Services Group (SBDS), in April with the shares up to 22.5p I wrote ‘emphasises “positive trading… well positioned to sustain this momentum”, but a balance sheet update daring not to speak its name?’ concluding that with its latest “Going Concern” statement having included “forecast there will be a need for additional funding in the short-term” it remains caveat emptor and avoid. The shares most recently closed at 25p, but now a “Proposed AIM Delisting & Notice of General Meeting” announcement and what of the shares currently slumping below 10p?
