Describing itself as “a global leader in Location Master Data Management software and solutions”, 1Spatial (SPA) has issued an “AGM Statement” commencing that it “continues to make progress on its transition to a Software as a Service led business, with a healthy pipeline of significant contracts across its offerings. The UK has seen a return to more typical activity levels in recent months, including new contracts with Heathrow Airport, alongside our partner Esri, and expansions with Yorkshire Water, The Environment Agency and Network Rail. In addition, the significant Belgium contract is progressing to plan”. So why a share price of 46.5p, comparing to above 50p just over a month ago and above 70p at the start of 2025?
