Golden Prospect – Update As Discount Narrows: Am I Being Too Cautious?

Reader D asks if I might be being too cautious with my tip-of-the-year, fully-listed Golden Prospect (GPM). Up from a tip price of 35.5p, the shares closed last week at 62.5p – a very tasty 76% gain and those who followed the tip from the previous Christmas at 28p are now over 100% ahead. Of course, it hasn’t all been plain sailing as I’ve been tipping this stock for longer than that and at higher levels. But I think now that anyone who followed me in is now ahead and I’m looking forward to my target of 100p be achieved, perhaps rather sooner than one might think. But am I being too cautious?
