Breaking EXPOSE: Doc Holiday’s ECR Minerals swerves a deal with a paedophile and Clarissa the clown

Just when you think that the world of small caps cannot get any more sordid along comes this. It truly is shocking. On May 13 Doc Holliday run ECR Minerals (ECR) announced that it had called off talks about buying Maximus Minerals Ltd 10 weeks after announcing the all share deal at 0.33p. It cited “certain unforeseen structural challenges regarding Maximus that will increase the complications of successfully concluding any such transaction”. That is one way of putting it.
