Tandem – “remains on track to achieve market expectations”, but how “on track” really?

Previously writing on “sports, leisure and mobility equipment” group Tandem (TND), in March with the shares down to 200p on its 2023 results announcement I noted a stated “promising start” to 2024…that it dare not detail and to still avoid. What about the shares now currently further down to 160p on an “AGM Statement”?
