BREAKING: Talking Medicines Accounts out – Tern directors should be in jail for market abuse

By Tom Winnifrith, the Sheriff of AIM | Wednesday 29 May 2024

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

The accounts are terrible and show that Talking Medicines, a 12 year old Scottish dog, is technically insolvent. Natch the directors see no material uncertainty and thus in these, unaudited, accounts for calendar 2023 declare that Talking is a going concern. In which case I am a banana. As for Tern’s (TERN) directors, they should be in jail and here’s why.
