Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Describing itself as “the UK's largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant brand” (er, what’s the competition for this small niche?), Tortilla Mexican Grill (MEX) has announced that it “has been notified by Richard Morris of his intention, following a distinguished 35 year career in hospitality and 10 years with the company, to step down from the board and from his role of Chief Executive Officer at the end of March 2024”. Hmmm, seems quite soon with it already near the end of February?
