Tom Winnifrith noted earlier today on Supply@ME Capital (SYME) that the fraud had promised that it would get its results out in late April but, even on this last market open day this month, they weren’t issued at a good form 7am and he questioned about the audit sign-off. At a tardy 2:51pm there was a “2022 Annual Report and Accounts and Financing” announcement – I’m sure there’ll be more on the holes in it from Tom over the weekend, but for now how’s the audit sign-off and Going Concern statement?
