GOTCHA!The Curse of Baldry, Westminster Group and a lack of Nomad, it's booted off the AIM Casino tonight

Over the years I have repeatedly warned about the curse of ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of the 3DM fraud and Carlton Club infamy. Since he became chairman of family on the payroll Westminster Group (WSG) I have warned folks that the shares were a sell more times than I have had inappropriate thoughts about Cheryl Cole. The shares were 14p when Baldry slithered on board just under 10 years ago. They were suspended at 0.85p on march 31 when Nomad Strand Hanson and the loathsome Baldry walked the plank.

WSG

Westminster Group – describing itself as “a leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions worldwide”, why’s a “£500k Credit Facility” required then?!

How many “leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions worldwide” businesses would be announcing a “£500k Credit Facility & CLN Variation”? The answer, I suggest, is none… so what of Westminster Group (WSG), which describes itself as such, having just done so?

WSG

Westminster Group and the most dreaded words in the English Corporate language

“The Right Honourable Tony Baldry has agreed to become our chairman.” Only kidding. For reasons all to self-evident (greed, incompetence, a willingness to bat for fraudsters), few companies commit the corporate hara kiri of appointing Sir tony of 3DM infamy. So those dreaded words are “strategic review” and with its shares, at 1.85p now almost 90% down since the wretched Baldry became chairman, Westminster has commented on its own review.

WSG

Westminster Group: the curse of Baldry set to strike yet again?

One of the golden rules of AIM shares is never to own shares in a company associated with slug like ex Tory MP Tony Baldry. It always ends in tears for investors while Baldry troughs it. When Fat Sir Tone became chairman of Westminster Group (WSG) in the summer of 2017 the shares were 16p. Today they are 1.275p, giving a market cap of £4.4 million. But could things be about to get even worse?

WSG

Westminster Group ramp: Arden Partners and MWM you are an effing disgrace

The morons are getting terribly excited by an article by my old mucker Mark Watson Mitchell (HERE) suggesting that shares in Westminster Group (WSG) chaired by disgraced ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of the fraud 3DM infamy, are cheap as chips. The article is titled “Giving Money away” But it is all demonstrable bollocks targeting the stupidest investors to try and pump the shares ahead of a bailout placing. That will be the 35th such bailout in Westminster’s tawdry history.

WSG

Loathsome ex Tory MP Tony Baldry says “mine is THAT BIG” but the Westminster Group’s Nomad disagrees – Spooof!

This is abundantly clear. As I noted here after piss poor interims were published on 18 August, Westminster Group (WSG) is running on vapours and needs to get away yet another bailout placing PDQ if its obese chairman Sir Tony is not to find someone with a similar weight issue waddling to Banbury to sing. This bailout placing will be Westminster’s 35th fund raise as a quoted company!

Thank you NigelThe US poor jobs numbers in conjunction with the previous 2 months numbers being revised down suggests that we have reached the top of the interest rate cycle. Gold does usually go up over the Christmas period which is promising too. I’m hopeful!!

13th in the best buy table with NESF down 2.1p. Though I would point out the 5.99p dividend paid so far this year with a further 1p to 2p to come from the final dividend. The buy table has some tough numbers. As a Kefi holder I hope to see it climb the table. Though maybe it will be the best buy for next year.
