Water Intelligence – a “good FY25 financial performance; positive outlook for FY26” Buy

Water infrastructure “technology driven, preventive maintenance solutions” company Water Intelligence (WATR) has issued an update including 2025 “adjusted PBT growth of 9% to $9.2 million… focus for 2026 and beyond will be on delivering sales growth and margin improvements now that we are putting the finishing touches on our technology platform”. How does the performance and outlook compare to the valuation from a 270p share price?

WATR

Water Intelligence – “Nine Months Trading Update”, value growth Buy

Water leak detection and remediation company Water Intelligence (WATR) has issued a “Nine Months Trading Update” emphasising that it “performed strongly during Q3 along all measures… in-line with market expectations for 2025 and is increasingly confident about expectations for 2026”. What about that relative to the valuation at a current below 290p share price?

WATR

Water Intelligence – interims suggest a value growth Buy

Water leak detection and remediation company Water Intelligence (WATR) has announced its results for the first half of the 2025 calendar year including emphasising “continued revenue and EBITDA growth with momentum for 2H from a strong 2Q”. How is that relative to the valuation at a 275p share price?

WATR

Water Intelligence – acquisition and broker coverage, still an “excited” for a higher financial trajectory Buy

Water leak detection and remediation company Water Intelligence (WATR) has announced a development of its “plans to further increase profit margins across the US by combining corporate locations into regional operations via its "Dallas Template"” and of coverage from a newly-appointed broker, Canaccord Genuity. What do those suggest compared to the valuation at a 310p share price?

WATR

Water Intelligence – refinancing and expansion of credit facilities adding to growth potential

Water leak detection and remediation company Water Intelligence (WATR) has announced “Refinancing and Expansion of Credit Facilities” emphasising that it “provides the group with additional non-dilutive resources and significantly increases the group's capacity to execute its strategic growth plan”. That sounds good, what about the detail with the shares up to 407.5p in response?

WATR

Water Intelligence – “strategic acquisition in Ireland”, still growth value from a winning share tip

Minimally-invasive leak detection and remediation company Water Intelligence (WATR) has announced an acquisition of Feakle Gas and Plumbing Limited, emphasising that the deal is a strong foundation for services to Ireland and the EU as well as being risk-adjusted and financially accretive to shareholders. How good is it then from a current 425p to buy the shares?

WATR

Water Intelligence – excited by the prospects for new water management system, BUY

Water Intelligence (WATR) has announced “outstanding performance of the ALD water management solution” and including the largest distributor of plumbing and water products in the United States, Ferguson, adding that it “could not be prouder to have the opportunity to work with ALD Water Management Solutions to support this effort to decrease water loss through value engineering. It is our goal that through collaboration we can continue to provide cost effective solutions to both the community and our clients”. Very good news from a 387.5p share price for Water Intelligence then?

WATR

Water Intelligence – a now value Buy

Minimally-invasive water leak detection and remediation services company Water Intelligence (WATR) last month issued a trading update noting continued sales and profit growth despite the macroeconomic volatility and “2024 with momentum for growth”. With the shares though well down having been heading to above 500p a year ago, we consider them to offer strong value.

Fiery Weather Floats the Possibility Water Intelligence Shares could Stream Up

Hello Share Faneroonis. I can’t think of a better time to bring today’s selection to you attention. Water Intelligence (WATR) is an enterprising outfit that conserves water, often in fire-threatened locations. It saves water by using the latest science to seek out leaks and put them right. This has always been vital work. But in these fiery days, it’s essential.

The Share Price May Have Leaked a Bit but this Watery Outfit is Setting Sail for Warmer Waters

Hello Share Traders. Water Intelligence (WATR) was one of my big winners - until fairly recently when it began a share price decay. I think this fall is unwarranted and is perhaps partly due to a prolonged bout of profit-taking after months of rises. This is a company whose time has come. And its latest quarterly update was not at all bad, even if it’s caused a 10% dip in the shares.

As the Weather Warms So Could this Damp Outfit's Share Price

Hello Share Gang. Folks who buy shares in lesser known companies should be aware that some very peculiar, and often totally unjustified, attacks can happen to their share prices. One of the daftest reasons why a share falls away is the seasonal factor. For example, companies that shine at Christmas, like book publishers, will often see the share price rise in December. Even though it’s the year-long performance that really counts. Today’s selection for your further research falls into the seasonal category for a different reason.

Good article, Tom. As we know, paid promotion is always a bit of a red flag, and while I was aware that Medpal had paid spivs like Richard Gill and for research reports and had done a couple of interviews with Zak Mir, I wasn't fully aware of the extent of their engagement with the loathsome Mir. I also wasn't aware that Medpal was engaging Twitter rampers, who have presumably either taken undisclosed payments or potentially own the stock, as you mentioned. However, the biggest red flags to me are the history of the Drummond Brothers and the company's reluctance to provide meaningful updates on its cash position or (presumably lack of) profits. I see that Jason Drummond is happy to blather on about revenue growth in the pharmacy arm, but from what I can see, there has been no update on operational cash burn since the March annual report, where cash burn was allegedly £4 million/year. One would assume that cash burn is now significantly higher, considering the company has seemingly burned through approaching £8 million (perhaps £7.5 million net) raised through the April and July placings, hence the latest placing. I cannot say I can remember many other companies which have raised funds on 5 occasions in 10 months, almost immediately after floating.
