The Revel Collective – “Notice of intention to appoint Administrators” details, you were warned!…

The Revel Collective (TRC) has issued a “Notice of intention to appoint Administrators”-titled announcement including that it “intends to appoint administrators within 10 business days. The business will continue to trade and the company will continue to work alongside advisers in order to preserve as much value as possible for all stakeholders as it advances a potential sale of all or parts of the business”. So what’s the likely shareholders outcome from here?

TRC

The Revel Collective – hopefully our prior warnings were heeded as ongoing negotiations “not… expected to deliver any return to shareholders”!

Most recently on company describing itself as “a leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs, trading mainly under the Revolution, Revolución de Cuba and Peach Pubs brands” The Revel Collective (TRC), in October with the shares falling below 0.20p I wrote ‘strategic review and formal sale process with a view to deliver the greatest financial return to all “stakeholders” doesn’t bode well for shareholders’. The shares most recently closed at 0.15p and what of now an “Update on Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process” announcement… and the shares currently down at 0.04p, a £0.6 million market cap?

TRC

The Revel Collective – strategic review and formal sale process with a view to deliver the greatest financial return to all “stakeholders” doesn’t bode well for shareholders!

Most recently writing on company describing itself as “a leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs, trading mainly under the Revolution, Revolucion de Cuba and Peach Pubs brands” The Revel Collective (TRC), in July with the shares around 0.25p I concluded it was still a leading financially-challenged sell. The shares most recently closed at 0.275p, but today a “Strategic Review and Launch of Formal Sale Process” announcement. Hmmm – being financially-challenged doesn’t sound a good starting point!

TRC

The Revel Collective – “Pre-Close Statement”, emphasises “anticipated to be in line with market expectations” but what does that mean financially?…

Describing itself as “a leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs”, The Revel Collective (TRC) has issued a “Pre-Close Statement” commencing that it “is pleased to update on the year ended 28 June 2025 which is anticipated to be in line with market expectations”. However, with the shares currently remaining around 0.25p, comparing to above 1p less than a year ago, how ‘pleasing’ really is the company’s performance?

TRC

The Revel Collective – argues CFO appointee’s “wealth of experience will be invaluable”. Er, will it?!

Describing itself as “a leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs, trading mainly under the Revolution, Revolución de Cuba and Peach Pubs brands”, The Revel Collective (TRC) “confirms that further to the announcement on 26 March, the company has appointed Matthew Fowler as Chief Financial Officer, effective from 16 June”. Is this good news with the shares, at 0.275p, down from a start of the year 0.475p but up from 0.15p last month?

TRC

Revel Collective – is “robust” trading fooling itself or trying to fool everyone else?…

Most recently writing on The Revel Collective (TRC), formerly Revolution Bars Group and now describing itself as “a leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs, trading mainly under the Revolution, Revolución de Cuba and Peach Pubs brands”, in October with its shares down to 0.725p I questioned its argument that it was “well positioned for future growth” and concluded to still avoid. What about now an “H1 Update” announcement from the company and the shares currently a further 25% lower in response to 0.30p?

TRC

The Revel Collective – full-year results from former Revolution Bars Group, is it now really “well positioned for future growth”?…

Most recently writing on what was formerly Revolution Bars Group and is now The Revel Collective (TRC), earlier this month I noted the shares having slumped to 0.825p and questioned whether it really is ‘a fresh start, growing the business and delivering positive value for all stakeholders’ rather than delivering the losses which to this point the prior stated ‘vision and strategy to delight its guests’ has to shareholders. Now results for its year ended 29th June 2024 emphasising “following the successful completion of the restructuring plan and fundraise, with gross receipts of £12.5 million received in September 2024, the group is well positioned for future growth”. But is it?…

Just a tree shake but what a bargain – if only the MMs had allowed any buys…Fill your boots to recover your KEFI losses. Do you imagine that these redoubtable career women would risk a stain on their fragrant CVs? Follow them. It looks to me like FY27 guidance will be for £6m+.

Very comforting to read in today's (22/9/26) RNS that Skins is trading above management expectations and that both of the women who have examined every skeleton in our cupboard have agreed to accept permanent posts.Do your worst.

These groups in Ethiopia seem somewhat like the Provisional IRA, 36 years attacking the UK. Even after the 2005 ceasefire splinter groups have emerged. The UK just carried on. Just with higher security. These groups in Ethiopia could carry on for years, all it will do is further impoverish the country and the areas they operate in further. That is how war works in Africa perhaps everywhere. If guns were freely available in the UK, I really could see it here, luckily only the criminals the police and farmers and a few others have access to guns.I could see the far left using them against the middle of the road reform and restore but the left would only use them in the name of peace.Enough talking bollocks and back to Kefi.I thought about another 750,000 this morning, but that is the money to see me through to Christmas and I thought if I told the mrs we were just having soup till Christmas, I would be in trouble. These things often come in threes so one more lot of bad news and I might buy, plus I will have had some more dividends by then. If they fly before I have the cash I am quids in anyway. So much to think about and so much to weigh. The same i imagine for every investor. Now down £1900 on kefi in my sipp but up £800 on AMRQ. These are the only two non dividend stocks in my SIPP. Just waiting for the first dividend from AMRQ,next year maybe. KEFI perhaps three years or never.Shares, pension so exciting but no one else knows!
