C A Sperati (SPR) has announced it has entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of existing business and assets and a proposed investing policy, change of name (to Teathers Financial Plc) and grant of options to directors. A circular and notice of a 3^rd December General Meeting to seek approval for the moves have been sent to shareholders.

Kefi down 50% this month. Down 40% over one year. If there is no pick up in the next couple of weeks they will be down 67% on the year. (The share price spiked mid October last year).Below 0.6p is it time to buy or has this fear set a fall to 0.5p in place?As always anything is possible.I am tempted. I am back in the red.
