I agree. Hopefully the police will catch up with him, if he ever returns to this country. Either way, I would say it is positive for Tom - if Mathieson doesn't return, he will not be able to harass Tom further and if he does return, then the police should be on his case.
You could be correct and you should back your own judgement. Mark Dixons judgement may prove to be correct .However at this moment in time he must be underwater by a big margin .It pays to back your own judgement .On the Minoan bb a number of very successful investors loaded up.Others followed believing they were following successful investors who must know what they are doing.
Taken together with the other stuff from Mathieson I would suggest that his comment about Tom's wife is racist.I see no other reasoning in making comments like this.I would suggest Tom that you send this to the police who I think will be interested in discussing this particular post when they catch up with Mathieson.It is a particularly unpleasant post and needs dealing with in my opinion.
