For whom the Bell tolls: Red Rock statement

As a loyal shareholder in Red Rock Resources (RRR) all that I can say after today’s statement flagging up very possible and imminent administration is thank heavens that Andrew Bell appointed his pal David Lenigas as a strategic advisor to create shareholder value. Where would we have been without Big Dave sucking at the corporate teet?

RRR

Red Rock: how to use the most dreaded words without using the most dreaded words?

That dream team of Andrew Bell, David Lenigas and London’s worst Nomad, Roland “Fatty” Cornish has done it again. How much has Red Rock Resources (RRR) paid Lenigas since he came on board as a strategic consultant, during which time the shares have collapsed to by more than two thirds to just 0.0275p? Money well spent? I suggest not.

RRR

Andrew Bell: haven’t you played this record before?

If you are responsible for crafting RNS statements for Red Rock Resources (RRR) you have an easy task. Just take the last one about share issuances and jam tomorrow and tweak the numbers. They are all the same otherwise. This is what Red Rock does as a business. There is no pretence any more that it is an actual miner it is just there to issue shares on AIM.

RRR

Red Rock’s cheque from the DRC still stuck in the post so another stinking funding, for just £25,000

There is now a raging civil war in the DRC. I am not sure if cannibalism is on the menu but there was in previous civil wars. Andrew Bell of Red Rock Resources (RRR) says that he has visited the country three times recently which is jolly brave of him as, at his size, he’d feed a platoon of rebel soldiers for at least a week. Bell insists, most recently on 19 February, that his company is on track to get the $7 million arbitration award, promised as imminent for a terribly long time. The war is merely a “distraction”. Whatever you say boss..

RRR

Breaking: The shocking level of PLCs, 132, delinquent in their accounts, from BrewDog to an Andrew Bell Dog

Hat tip to reader DM who brings the article below from Tax Policy Associates on the quite shocking level of PLC’s which are delinquent in filing accounts. On 1 August 2024, there were 4,430 active public limited companies. Ignoring those that appear completely defunct1, there were 132 that hadn’t filed on time by 1 August. And nestling in there is a name that rings an Andrew Bell.

RRR

Red Rock share issuance, all very murky indeed

No doubt Red Rock Resources (RRR) boss Andrew Bell is today plodding the streets of Clacton, enjoying the rarity of mixing with the lower classes to get out the vote for Nigel Farage and we should give him credit for that. But back at his day job, Red Rock has issued yet more bits of confetti, 75 million new shares at 0.045p to pay a bill of £33,750 due to “a contractor”. Who?

RRR

Ding Dong: for whom the discounted placing Bell tolls yet again

What is the point in Red Rock Resources (RRR) hiring the penny share promoter from the country where 30% of the population have the criminal gene, Mr David Lenigas? His recruitment as a consultant was claimed to be because of his track record in creating value. I kid you not. That is like saying I have a track record in ballet dancing or synchronised swimming. I remind you of the words from the release on David Lenigas day, 2nd February when the shares were 0.08p

RRR

Letter to Roland “Fatty” Cornish: how can you allow this social media outrage and AIM Rule Breaking at Red Rock?

Companies on the AIM sewer are meant to disclose price sensitive information via an RNS verified by a Nomad as being true. It is for that reason that they cannot make wild claims not verified by a Nomad via social media. Yet Red Rock Resources (RRR), where I am a shareholder, and its paid consultant Mr. David Lenigas did just that yesterday as  flagged up HERE. I have written to London’s worst Nomad, Roland “fatty” Cornish to ask if he has verified these tweets or he considers AIM Rules do not apply to his clients.

Those who threaten legal action hoist a red flag: Andrew Bell & Red Rock

Reading through my articles from three months ago, to weed out typos, I was struck by THIS ONE about Red Rock Resources (RRR) when the shares were 0.1425p. The shares are now just 0.0825p despite the appointment of Mr. David Lenigas as a special consultant tasked with ramping the share price on twitter and telegram, oops I meant “tasked with creating sustainable shareholder value.

RRR

Red Rock Resources Part 2: just how screwed has our beloved company become: something massive Andrew Bell is not flagging up, another Fatty Cornish disgrace

Earlier today I flagged up how we morons, aka loyal shareholders in Red Rock Resources (RRR) had been screwed over yet again by Andrew Bell as he has done yet another placing, raising £500,000 at just 0.075p. This company really has had more placings than I have had inappropriate thoughts about Cheryl Cole. Okay, not that many but a lot! However, readers point out that Mr. Bell appears to be playing fast and loose with the truth, when it comes to how the moolah, call it £465,000 after costs, will be spunked. Sorry I meant spent.

To do otherwise breaches the trust system of money. Only believing money received in the future has value, supports the idea of debt and credit. Without debt ( and return on that debt) , capitalism fails. Ability to print money on demand eliminates debt rational ( return) so collapses capitalism by default.

Others have attested that you only need to issue debt (government bonds) if you are running s as current account deficit. You issue the bonds to pay for your expenses EducationHealthBenefitsRoadsDefenceGovernment staff and buildings PoliceFireCoastguards I’m sure there are others. Quangos etc…If you just print money whilst running a deficit you risk a lack of confidence in the currency. MMT has been shown to be a lot of nonsense because the longer you keep spending what you don’t have the higher your deficit climbs. You either have to grow the economy to reduce the debt or reduce what you are spending. Zimbabwe and other third world countries have shown this. You can end up with hyper inflation which does nobody any good and further causes a sovereign monetary and debt crisis. Reduced public spending and/or increased taxes are the only alternatives….Or are they. The Laffer Curve suggests that the lowering of direct taxes fosters higher productivity and in turn increases tax revenues. Just don’t give all the tax cuts to the billionaires or you’ll end up with Trump’s America - and nobody wants that!In conclusion if it was that easy some other bugger would have done it already. Yes… we’re all screwed 😩

I concur. Meanwhile I took one out - not to replace lending, but to simply place on deposit. Cost me a bit initially but then provided a return as interest rates increased. Paid off the balance prior to company closure. Marginal gain, but it was free money ( to the company, but not the taxpayer). Joke system in all respects imv.

The Covid Cash had to be doled out very quickly because the government decided to shut down the economy .Government bureaucracy is incapable of dealing with process in normal times so in a crisis situation the prospects of Hmrc handling anything efficiently would be zero.Hmrc have consistently shown an inability to operate efficiently.Political parties in opposition always talk about the huge savings they will make once they are in office. It will never happen…
