Earlier this week I noted that the largest shareholder of Palace Capital (PCA) “demands change” and that it looked difficult to reasonably argue against, with Palace Capital’s response then that it “will consider the proposals and make such further announcements as are appropriate in due course”. What about now its “Response to Lakestreet Capital’s Announcement”?
There’s an announcement today from Lakestreet Capital Partners titled “Lakestreet demands change at Palace Capital” and now also from Palace Capital (PCA) a “Response” announcement. What’s the detail, with the shares currently responding higher above 200p in response?
Hello, Share Smashers. There’s some babble going round that London property prices could crash. Many more folks want to work from home in smaller and less stressful towns and cities.
