OptiBiotix Health – shares up despite another word soup RNS announcement, looks much further upside ahead

Microbiome-focused products company OptiBiotix Health (OPTI) has again issued an RNS version of ‘War and Peace’ in the form of a “Commercial Update”. However after, eventually, getting to the end of the announcement, though there are some minor disappointments, there are significant positives which suggest material upside potential from a currently up to 19p share price, £18.6 million market cap.

Tom Winnifrith reported to the FCA over Optibiotix

A number of you have sent me postings on the LSE Asylum by a cretin, skid35. It seems I have been reported to the FCA regarding Optibiotix (OPTI). Suffice to say skid35 is an illiterate bum, confusing queue and cue and is also talking cock. He states:

OPTI

BREAKING: Amazing Morepen video, the truth about Skins share sales, FYB with Optibiotix

It is not the big story but Steve O’Hara has confirmed he has a sell order in on Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) shares. It’s been there for a while and shares are only sold inn small volumes on up days. Those who think that Optibiotix (OPTI) is either the only seller or a big seller are kidding themselves. On some days in recent weeks O’Hara has accounted for c6% of volumes on most days it has been nil

OPTI

OptiBiotix Health – poorly-produced “Launch of Dr Morepen” announcement but the potential compelling, Strong Buy

OptiBiotix Health (OPTI) has issued a “Launch of Dr Morepen LightLife in India”-titled announcement which would likely have helped the shares up much more than just under 3% to 17.25p if the company, its nominated adviser Cairn Financial, broker Peterhouse and PR adviser Walbrook could together have produced a more financially-informative announcement. But Tom spoke to CEO Steve O'Hara at length and maybe we can illuminate a bit.

OPTI

BREAKING: Optibiotix, O’Hara resurfaces!

Well this is good news. More in hope that expectation I texted him asking when the launch in India of the Dr Morepen jv was due. This is the deal that is planned to deliver GP of £5-6 million a year to Optibiotix (OPTI) within five years.

OPTI

BREAKING: The whole Steve O Hara health story Optibiotix is still not telling you

The GM called by Seneca in cahoots with Optibiotix (OPTI) to sack Steen Anderson at Probiotix (PBX) is over and as we knew would happen, the motion was rejected. I gather that at least one PDMR at Probiotix has already bought shares in the company as a result and more insider buying, of a material nature, will follow next week. Things are all good at Probiotix and at 4p-6p folks should just hold their nose when it comes to the spread and buy. My two year target remains 24p. But I have shocking news about Optibiotix.

OPTI

BREAKING: Optibiotix: another rule broken

Well run companies do not breach listing and disclosure rules however minor. Small caps whose CEO has been hospitalized for five weeks and whose chairman is an over-paid bellend do as we have seen too any times of late. A kind reader alerts me to another rule breach by Optibiotix (OPTI).

OPTI

Breaking: Has Neil Davidson at Optibiotix awarded himself a bumper pay rise while pretending it was still austerity all round

Approaches are now being made, as a result of today’s bombshell expose and the blundering mess over Probiotix (PBX) to larger shareholders in Optibiotix (OPTI) to gauge support for sacking Neil Davidson as chairman, via a GM if needed. If proof were not needed that the company needs a complete overhaul pf cost control and corporate governance I have been told about the covert pay hike Davidson has awarded himself.

OPTI

BREAKING: Optibiotix and the share issue cover up

It gives me no pleasure at all to write about what is still my largest individual holding in this way. But it appears that Optibiotix (OPTI) has issued a stack of shares without telling anybody and that Nomad Cairn and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation are covering this up rather than forcing it to come clean. At the very least there needs to be a ‘fess up RNS and with it the resignation of chairman Neil Davidson.

I'm sure it a complete coincidence that where I live has not been greatly "enriched" and its benefit bill looks like this.Ranked 526 of 575 by total spendTotal benefits bill · £1,233 per resident · +16.8% in 2yrsMedian local wage: £42,366 (+9.7% in 2yrs)Though even here the bennies bill is rising faster than even a relatively productive area can support long term.Further coincidence that the areas full of bennie bunnies are also the areas where we've filled them with people that are needed "to pay our pensions". How is that working out?

That's typical of anyone associated with Joe Bidet, including Bidet himself, they don't have a clue about what they are supposed to be doing.

The entire Benefits system needs scrapping and starting from scratch. There are many things that can be done such as the scrapping of the mobility car scheme unless you absolutely need one. We have two family friends, retired ladies who have these cars, both are very wealthy with 6 figure bank balances etc so why are people like that entitled to a tax payer car when they can afford their own. Put me in charge and I will slash the bill by 50%, it would be easy to do.

To do otherwise breaches the trust system of money. Only believing money received in the future has value, supports the idea of debt and credit. Without debt ( and return on that debt) , capitalism fails. Ability to print money on demand eliminates debt rational ( return) so collapses capitalism by default.

Others have attested that you only need to issue debt (government bonds) if you are running s as current account deficit. You issue the bonds to pay for your expenses EducationHealthBenefitsRoadsDefenceGovernment staff and buildings PoliceFireCoastguards I’m sure there are others. Quangos etc…If you just print money whilst running a deficit you risk a lack of confidence in the currency. MMT has been shown to be a lot of nonsense because the longer you keep spending what you don’t have the higher your deficit climbs. You either have to grow the economy to reduce the debt or reduce what you are spending. Zimbabwe and other third world countries have shown this. You can end up with hyper inflation which does nobody any good and further causes a sovereign monetary and debt crisis. Reduced public spending and/or increased taxes are the only alternatives….Or are they. The Laffer Curve suggests that the lowering of direct taxes fosters higher productivity and in turn increases tax revenues. Just don’t give all the tax cuts to the billionaires or you’ll end up with Trump’s America - and nobody wants that!In conclusion if it was that easy some other bugger would have done it already. Yes… we’re all screwed 😩
