“Oh dear, oh dear” the catchphrase of Old Mother Michael Walters as he apologised for a warning from yet another of his duff share tips. And a cash burning POS like Omega Diagnostics (ODX) is just the sort of POS company that he would have tipped. Today it warned just how bad its results for the year end March 31st would be. Luckily it talks of lots of jam arriving soon. Plus ca change.
Oh dear. Oh dear. The chaps running Omega Diagnostics (ODX) really are incompetent poltroons. I wonder how my favourite Saltire waving troll Craig Inglis - who first inspired me to start investigating this POS - feels about the latest dire news: The UK Health Security Agency rejecting an application for approval of the professional-use VISITECT® COVID-19 Antigen test. Ooops.
Yesterday afternoon at 3.40 PM AIM sewer dog Omega Diagnostics (ODX) stunned the market with news that shareholders had committed financial hara kiri by voting down GM Resolutions to allow the proposed £5.48 million placing and open offer. That was madness, what followed was utter madness.
As I explained in the free to access podcast yesterday, shareholders in Omega Diagnostics (ODX) should be blaming the company and its advisers FinnCap and Paul “Queenie” McManus of Walbrook PR for their losses. I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation asking for an investigation into CEO Jag Grewal, CFO Chris Lea, Geoff Nash and Alice Lane at FinnCap and into Queenie himself.
The chap below blocked me on Twitter as I did not know what I was talking about when it came to Omega Diagnostics (ODX). He did, of course, and now he has lost so much money he cannot bring himself to 'fess up to his Mrs that he has trashed the family finances. I do actually feel sorry for him though no doubt he has said a lot of beastly things about me. It will be of no consolation to him when folks, the sort of Omega owning folks who egged on his enthusiasm, say things will get better or he can learn from this. Things may improve for Omega and I hope he learns but right now he must feel pretty rotten. The biggest lesson, of course, is never to put all your eggs in one basket. Perhaps a second one is that, on bear calls, whatever you read on Bulletin Boards,I am almost always right.
I guess you are all feeling a bit shafted right now and are wondering who to blame and what to do next after today's debacle. Contrary to what you might read on certain Bulletin Boards I do not celebrate the pain of most Omega Diagnostics (ODX) shareholders, just those who abused and insulted my 100% accurate warnings of the bailout placing and other matters. For those chumps, it is schadenfreude all round. So what should you, as an Omega shareholder, do now? I answer that question and them discuss the legality of my reporting and indeed the morality of the reporting plus I explain exactly who shareholders should be angry with on a number of matters and why. Enjoy. My regular daily podcast, behind the paywall, will go live later today. If you are not yet a ShareProphets subscriber and do not want to get caught out again as you have been today, you can rectify that HERE
I shall be recording a special podcast outside of the paywall later for shareholders in Omega Diagnostics (ODX) for they have been well and truly mugged, but not by me, and must be spitting nails this morning as it finally fesses that everything I have exposed on this website was true.
A reliable source tells me that Omega Diagnostics (ODX) has completed a c£5 million placing at just 5p. And given how the morons who own this stock – which at 9.9p is capitalized at £17 million – will be royally diluted, there will also be an open offer at the same price to raise up to £2 million.
On Friday I reported that Omega Diagnostics (ODX) was sounding out folks about a deeply discounted bailout placing, at as low as 5p. This was not speculation, this was not guesswork. I had a source. This is what is called good journalism, a scoop, printing something of note that the subject does not want to read. Today Omega ‘fessed up but, natch, it also deceived.
