Come on guys, where’s even the ingenuity these days? It's laughable. My thoughts respectively on the announcements from Motive Television (MTV) at 4:31pm yesterday and 10:11am today following my article on Monday HERE…
Earlier today I stated that Motive TV (MTV) was set to raise £400,000 at 0.1p and was passing the hat around. Well almost right, I guess I forced the company’s hand as the shares started to crumble and so it closed the book early and after hours announced that it had raised £350,000 at 0.125p. Given that the shares closed at 0.185p (but were trading at 0.22p as the placing was being done until I ruined the party) the discount is still enormous. This is a 22 billion rum ‘n coke – the statement published shows that someone is avin a bubble.
I suspected as much in today’s bearcast (HERE) Motive TV is passing the hat around yet again. Following a spurious and – ‘natch – upbeat RNS yesterday the shares hit 0.26p. However..
Having fallen on interim results last month and further, to 0.205p, last week, shares in Motive Television (MTV) are currently up approaching 30% today, to 0.26p, on the back of an announcement that “Motive intends to develop TabletTV for Apple TV”. I.e. ramp fodder, when's the next fundraising? ...

Do the results for the first half of 2015 financially reflect the 2014 results view of Chairman Michael Pilsworth (remuneration: £116k) that “Motive completed the final steps of transitioning its technology to enable the transfer of content to tablets and to other mobile devices, meeting key technical milestones and preparing for commercialisation… Special thanks go to Leonard M. Fertig, your CEO, (remuneration: £204k) whose drive and boundless ambition have once again enabled the company to make substantial progress”. Er, what do you reckon? …
The biggest faller in London so far today is AIM-listed Motive Television plc (MTV). This follows the announcement of interim results for the first half of 2015. Before reviewing them though, what’s the track record here? …
This POS is a disgrace even by the standards of the AIM casino. In this podcast I look at the history of Motive TV (MTV), its overpaid board, its confetti issuing prowess, its current financial position (dire) and tear apart yesterday's ramparoonie special of a press release. Yes, I know a bit about Greek ferries.
