Microsaic Systems – a “pleased to announce” ‘company update’. Er, what about the upcoming shares suspension?!

Microsaic Systems (MSYS) has issued a “Company Update” announcement including that it “is pleased to announce… it has now received a research and development tax credit from HMRC… and… is actively building up partnerships and joint ventures to support its commercial objectives to deliver a total solution for water testing and safety”. How good are these developments from a current 1.125p share price?

MSYS

GOTCHA: Gerry the “arse” Brandon resigned again!

I might have, now and again, referenced the tweet below from Gerry “the arse” Brandon about me. At a time, just under three years ago, when Deepverge (DVRG) and MicroSaic (MSYS) were AIM sewer high fliers, Brandon dismissed my analysis, research and lack of accounting knowledge and trolled me till I blocked the shyster who was widely celebrated on the Bulletin Boards for putting me in my place and exposing my ignorance ….34 months later…

MSYS

Oi Gerry Brandon you arse – the clock is ticking where is that Microsaic Update?

Shares in Microsaic (MSYS) remain suspended on the AIM sewer as it cannot get its accounts out. But with the company now within weeks of having to call in an administrator, surely its repellent and disgraced boss Gerry Brandon owes the company’s owners a statement. Here is the problem.
Following accounting fraud emerging with regard to revenue recognition while Brandon was in charge at Deepverge (DVRG) its shares have been suspended pending clarification and all its operations closed down. It now has just one employee but owes Microsaic c£1.3 million.

MSYS

Microsaic suspended, running out of cash and probably fucked (by Brandon) but did it mislead investors?

On Monday of last week shares in Microsaic (MSYS), run by Gerry “the arse” Brandon whose fraudulent revenue recognition and breaches of AIM Rules had already seen Deepverge (DVRG) shares suspended and the company teetering on the brink, were suspended from AIM It could not get its 2022 accounts out on time. But did it mislead investors as is the wont of Brandon.

MSYS

The collapse of Deeepverge Part 2 – is Microsaic also toast? Of course it is given the curse of Brandon

Earlier I suggested that today’s news means that Deepverge (DVRG) is a slam dunk zero and by the time the last rites are read, it is clear that those owed money will not get it all back. And that brings me to fellow AIM POS Microsaic (MSYS) , run by Gerry “the pustule” Brandon, the man who made Deepverge the company it is today. Nigel Burton who is now CEO of Deepverge also sits on the Microsaic board and the two company’s also share a broker: Turner Pope.

MSYS

Ooops I did it again – another screwup from Gerry Brandon at Microsaic

Having committed fraud at Deepverge (DVRG), (publishing bogus numbers just before a placing) as well as breaking AIM Rules about non-disclosure of price sensitive information ( a move from profit into loss) just before a placing, Gerry “the arse” Brandon is clearly not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company. Yet amazingly AIM Regulation sees fit to allow him to continue to run Microsaic (MSYS) into the ground. Worse still…

MSYS

Another tweet that has not aged well - Gerry "the pustule" Brandon of Deepverge trolling me

On November 27 2020 shares in Deepverge (DVRG) traded at 27.5p and I challenged the company on its ropy accounts and over-optimistic trading statements. The CEO Gerry Brandon took to twitter to say that I did not understand accounts. He aggressively trolled and insulted me. I replied but in the end did block him. The shares are now 1.75p, Brandon was forced to walk the plank, the trading performance has been dire and even former advisers admit that he broke AIM rules. As such the tweet below has aged badly.

MSYS

Deepverge £2m cost savings from thin air – what on earth was Gerry Brandon up to? How soon is Microsaic toast?

Gerry the arse Brandon has only “been resigned” from Deepverge (DVRG) for two weeks and yet already the new bosses have managed to find annualised cost savings of £2 million from thin air. That begs an almighty question of Brandon and surely means that he must be fired at Microsaic (MSYS) if it is not to go bust next year.

MSYS

Microsaic Systems – “pleased to announce” trading update. Er, what about ‘profit’ & cash?

Microsaic Systems (MSYS) has issued a “pleased to announce” trading update, emphasising that “the launch of the Microsaic Services Division, earlier this year, has resulted in an uplift of 40% in revenues” and “a healthy order book for H2 2022 which is the strongest ever going in to the second half”. So what of a current little changed 0.08p share price, circa £5 million market capitalisation?...

MSYS

Microsaic Systems – argues new agreement illustrates diversified potential. How significantly so?...

Microsaic Systems (MSYS) has announced a “Manufacturing Services Framework Agreement” which Acting Executive Chairman Gerard Brandon emphasises “diversifies the company's revenues beyond equipment sales of Mass Spectrometers… This new agreement illustrates how Microsaic is able to access additional revenues from other innovative companies seeking a high quality product design, development and manufacturing service”. What then of a current share price response more than 7% lower to 0.10p?...

Why worry about France 10 year 4.92% today, having a better day ( avoided a downgrade) at the same time the basket case seems to be UK 10 year 5.35% and that is before the budget.German 10 year 3.37%.Everything seems to be a worry. Is it the nights drawing in and the rainy/stormy weather? The heating going on after a glorious summer, adds to costs! It starts to feel like cash is king and dividend paying stocks is the place to be.Though the government might increase the tax companies pay on dividends, decreasing the value of dividends paid to shareholders, a socialist government would claim it only effects the rich.Stocks and Shares ISAs in the UK stands at approximately £531.2 billion if dividends are £25 billion a year a 10% increase on dividends before they reach your ISA would raise £2.5 billion.I would not put anything past these socialist bastards.

"The big banks / financial system are healthy now"With $40T from the Fed balance sheet and similarly frightening amounts elsewhere in the Western economies all dependent on "the confidence of strangers" I'd say that is quite the assumption. With talk of a potential bail out for France, the ECB is damned if it does, or doesn't. A big domino to topple.

Was there not there an article from Tom suggesting that if the market tanks that gold would also follow ( albeit less so and for a shorter period ). Based on that advice, and looking at charts, surely the best advice is to be in cash, certainly in the short term, earning a good interest payment. There is a distinct possibility that interest rates are exactly where they should be ( normal levels ) and will be for a while ( if not higher ). It was an anomaly having them where they were after the gfc. The big banks / financial system are healthy now, that's the big difference. I'll be watching Berkshire Hathaway and decide what to do when they start to reduce their cash reserves in a meaningful way.

Nigel you should offer your services to American Media channels. You can appear on these channels and be completely wrong and no one ever asks you when you are interviewed on the next occasion why you were wrong. The prominent gold expert and financial author who projected gold reaching $10,000 per ounce around the end of 2026 or mid-2027 is Jim Rickards (author of Currency Wars).First it was dec 2026 now he has shifted it to mid 2027 .( We shall see )

So people warned of a hurricane / cyclone / typhoon through 5 channels are significantly LESS likely to take action than those warned through 4???Sorry, I'm calling cobblers on that. There are clear anomalies around statistical significance calling that whole chart into question.

Excellent analysis as always. We have the Budget this week and the only thing that I can see to help keep this show on the road is a massive cut in Stamp Duty to kick start and propel the housing market forwards. Prices shouldn’t go any higher because interest rates are relatively high but greater transaction increases would mean lots more work and money sloshing about. Estate Agents, removers, cleaners, home DIY projects, extensions, carpets, garden designers - the list of winners goes on and on - and all because of transaction growth. I know it’s tricky but scraping Employees NIC and adding it to income tax would bring in loads of money!
