MyHealthChecked – news flow potential starts to be delivered; “agreement with Boots for extended retail launch”

Writing on consumer home-testing healthcare company MyHealthChecked (MHC) last week with the shares at the now-equivalent of 19.5p (following a 15-to-1 shares consolidation in between), we concluded positively with there having been looking exciting news flow potential imminently. Now an “Agreement with Boots for extended retail launch” announcement – and the shares are currently up to 26p, almost 2p in old money.

MyHealthChecked – new wellness tests launched on Amazon UK add to sales potential

MyHealthChecked (MHC) has announced that four of its cheek-swab DNA at-home wellness tests are now available to purchase through the Amazon UK site (with Glucose Management expected to follow), emphasising that “following the success of our partnership with the UK's top high street pharmacy retailers for our COVID testing service, we have seen the real value that additional retail partners can bring to the business by broadening our customer base and significantly increasing our market share”.

MHC

MyHealthChecked – trading ahead of expectations and further share price catalysts

MyHealthChecked (MHC) has announced half-year trading “has been stronger than expected and ahead of management budgets”, that increase in COVID-19 infection rates has led to a significant increase in demand for lateral flow test kits in recent weeks and that it is “very pleased” with the feedback around its recently-launched wellness tests – for which it has now also announced availability on Amazon.

MHC

MyHealthChecked – now time to revisit

In September, we concluded that, with shares in MyHealthChecked (MHC) around 3p: ‘we hope you followed our average down call at 0.8p and top-sliced at well over 3p. We may revisit, but for now, we can’t see this racing away. It is, therefore, time to say goodbye to your shares’. Now, with the shares at 1.9p, it looks like time to revisit.

MyHealthChecked – now it ties up with paid for rampers SEAL Research – red flag alert

Today we are told via RNS Reach “New Briefing Note from SEAL” on MyHealthChecked (MHC).  Sadly it is SEAL Research not Seal the popular singer, otherwise known as Henry Olusegun Adeola Samuel, or a whiskered fellow from London zoo as both of the would have more credibility than the paid for rampers taking centre stage today. It is SEAL that has issued the release and this is another big sell signal for MyHealthChecked. It is a red flag and I am glad to be out.

Letter to AIM Regulation – MyHealthChecked Breach of Rules 10 & 11, request for formal censure & clarifying RNS asap

Earlier today, I broke the news that MyHealthChecked (MHC) where I am, of course, a loyal shareholder is now selling its covid tests via Lloyds Pharmacies. We do not know if it is just online or in any or all of the company’s 1400 stores but this is clearly material. MyHealthchecked has announced nothing. At one point earlier, the shares were up 38%. My job as a journalist is to break news which I did. I will not trade any shares until the company comes clean and probably not even then. The company’s duties under AIM listing rules include maintaining an orderly market in its shares. It has failed in that. I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation demanding an enquiry and a statement.

MHC

BREAKING: MyHealthChecked Covid tests now on sale with Lloyds Pharmacy which has 1400 stores why no RNS?

This is massive. Lloyds has 1400 stores across the UK. And as you can see HERE, it is now selling the MyHealthChecked (MHC) covid test. Boots is selling the test from more than 500 stores and that deal plus sales from MyHealthChecked's own portal managed to drive sales of c£3 million in May and June alone. So gaining this additional distribution (plus that from partnering with EasyJet) is surely highly material. Why no RNS?

I'm afraid I won't be selling any of these, the potential blue sky here is just too big, going to have to go for at least a 100m win. That's only another 6.5 bags!

I rather hope my readers took my advice to get out at levels much higher than today, For instance here. I'd hoped you had too!As you know you cant short AQSE stocks. Tom, last time I looked 116.5p is a little higher than the 10p IPO price (7p with EIS). I hope none of your subscribers took your previous advice to avoid and get out back at the 15p level. Maybe someone even got an MM to go short or do a crafty spread bet, but shorting is way riskier than buying as this share has proven.Anyway, I'm not complaining with my 16 bags as we stand today, and it doesn't bother me where the share price goes in the short term as we are no doubt one RNS away from another significant upwards move, will that be next week or next month who knows, but it will arrive one day.

This guy sounds almost as nutty the late and very colourful Bob Beckman. I used to listed to Bob's show on LBC radio in the 1990s. He would often predict that your house would soon be worth less than your car! Instead of crashing, house prices tripled in the period he was active in. Originally he put his stock-picking skills down to his Old English Sheepdog, William. He would show a stock chart to William, and if William ripped it up, that was a signal to short. He even tried to claim that his share-dealing profits were really William's and as William was a dog, he didn't have to pay tax. Well I suppose that was a variation on the old excuse, the dog ate my homework.

Of course it’s not 2P they are drilling for ( that’s proven reserves). It’s 2C and 2U - that’s should be there and all fingers crossed it’s there resource. They do like P50 and P10 numbers not accepted 2c/3c and 2U /3U resource numbers that all good companies use dispite the technical report they rely on reporting these. Red flag by default for this from me as they report the higher number basis.
