LoopUp Group – 2020 results. Do my doubts remain?...

LoopUp Group (LOOP) is “pleased to announce” 2020 results, including emphasising revenue up 18% on the prior year to £50.2 million, EBITDA up 239% to £15.3 million and development “into a broader cloud platform for premium external and specialist communications”. So what of a current share price response 18.5% higher to 86.5p?...

LOOP

LoopUp – trading update, was I still right to doubt in the summer?

Cloud communications platform group LoopUp (LOOP) has made a trading update it states it “is pleased to provide… in line with the trading statement of 27 November 2020”. The shares have currently responded 4.5% higher to 81.5p but they closed 26th November at 155p, so what’s the story?...

LOOP

LoopUp Group – argues business performance “strong” & leading indicators “positive”...

Communications technology group LoopUp (LOOP) has updated including commencing “driven by the large-scale migration towards working from home since mid-March associated with the Covid-19 outbreak… year-to-date group revenue from January through April 2020 is at least 40% higher than the same period last year” – and the shares have currently responded further higher, above 125p...

LOOP

LoopUp – “broadly in line with market expectations”… so why a further 30% share price loop down?

Previously writing on remote meetings technology group LoopUp (LOOP), in December it was trading & share price having slumped… guess what “Measures relating to 2018 and 2019 options grants” are? That was after a prior 67.5p share price close – the shares had recovered somewhat to last close at 82.5p but are currently below 60p on the back of a “Trading Update”…

LOOP

LoopUp Group – ‘revenue erosion in long-term established customer base’. Uh oh…

Remote meetings technology group LoopUp (LOOP) has updated on trading commencing; “The group continues to see strong demand for the LoopUp product. In addition to a £2.34 million contract renewal with leading global law firm, Clifford Chance, new landmark accounts wins during H1 2019 include a major European investment management association, a leading television broadcaster in Australasia, the world's largest private dispute resolution provider, and numerous major international law firms… However,”… Uh oh…

ECOB will either by jam today by Christmas or CG has been telling the most monstrous porkies. I believe its the former but I can understand why others dont. If its the former I multibag, if the latter i lose my money. Its attractive on a risk reward basis on that level

Au contraire, Joshua is a boy of colour. Id imagine that in the jobs free zone of the 2030s there will be no end of shoe-ins for him if he speaks Welsh in the burgeoning Government, NGO and media sector here in Cymru

After my experience with Minoan and skins I am very wary of Jam tomorrow Companies. Each investor must make their own judgement. If the stock market crash ( predicted for the last x years) happens then any Company with no visibly of earnings and a stretched balance sheet will be crushed.

You are the last person who would know anything about statistics, accurate ones anyway. Something like 90% of those who came from outside the EU in the 'Boris Wave' are claiming benefits. You don't have to go far anywhere on the internet to see migrants boasting about coming here for the welfare benefits. Here are some accurate stats for you. 6.6 million people claiming out of work benefits and only approx' 780000 jobs, a number which will only fall due to AI and Labour's trashing of the economy. There are almost no legitimate jobs for migrants here. Regarding NEETs these are the people we need to train up not migrants many of who have no education and no ability to speak the language, you cannot train the untrainable.

I wouldn't bother to learn Welsh, a useless language unlike all others, if I were you, it will waste so much of you time other than to get your lad into cult, sorry school. Better to suck it up once a month and listen to all that BS sanctimonious crap at the church.

Mathieson needs to be in jail as much for his own protection as others because one day he might well pick on someone who is not a nice as you Tom, someone who doesn't bother with the court system if you know what I mean. I've never seen anything quite like this, any shred of credibility he may once have had is well and truly gone.

Every time a property is sold in the U.K. ,Hmrc are given a report which tells them who the council tax payer is and who who owns the property . Very easy money for Hmrc to collect for those who did not declare it.The reality is that Hmrc only check a sample of these returns so if you did not pay the tax that was due you will more than likely get a way with it.I doubt that this guy will ever be prosecuted by anyone who is “ looking “ into it.
