Yesterday I discussed how Zak Mir has blown up the balance sheet of Lift Global Ventures (LFT) by ending most of that balance sheet, £750,000 to heavily insolvent Trans Africa Energy. Now I take you step by step through why this is such an awful loan.
Oh dear, oh dear. As predicted the other day, the balance sheet at Zak Mir’s Lift Global Ventures (LFT) is going up in smoke but brown envelope man is still in complete denial. As creditors continue to chase him for unpaid bills, it is all looking grim. When, I wonder, will Lift go bust? Presumably Zak can look at the charts and knows when?

Lift Global Ventures ( LFT) the AQSE listed vehicle of brown envelope man Zak Mir has announced that it had switched adviser from Optiva to Oberon which, as we saw recently, will act for absolutely anybody. I assume that Oberon did not due diligence at all as most of Lift’s balance sheet is a £750,000 loan made to Trans African Energy.
Following today’s bombshell expose of brown envelope man Zak Mir’s Lift Global Ventures (LFT), I have written to Aquis Regulation.
Maybe, as the man who describes himself as the founder of British technical analysis, something that happened in the year he turned one, Mr. Zak Mir reckons that fundamentals do not matter and thus he has no need to reveal hugely adverse price sensitive information to investors in his Lift Global Ventures (LFT). How Aquis regulation allows this man to continue to operate without censure defies belief.
Presumably the self professed founder of UK charting, something that happened when he was aged 1, Mr Zak Mir foresaw that shares in his Aquis Listed Lift Global Ventures (LFT) were going to collapse from an April 2022 IPO share price of 3p to just 0.3p to 0.7p today? I wonder where the great
chartist sees them going next? If my source is correct 0p is the answer.
Once again, Gary Newman seems to be engaging with a complete poltroon, “TruthSeeker,” on twitter. Gary, life is too short to waste it debating folks with the IQ of a cheese sandwich. Just block him. TruthSeeker seems to think that I should not be allowed to write articles in the public domain suggesting that Zak Mir takes money for writing pumptastic nonsense about listed companies as that is libelous. Its first investment, when it was a media consolidation play, was Zak’s own company brown envelopes company Miriad, a deal which broke all sorts of rules and stank. Now there is another related party deal, as Lift goes into energy. You could not make this up.
In the past it did not matter that Zak Mir took brown envelopes before recording blow-off interviews with CEOs and then publishing it and bullish articles as cliaming this was journalism. Sure it is unethical NOT to declare that you are being paid by a company to write a research report or to record an interview with it, but it is no crime. But it matters now.
