EXPLOSIVE: Letter to BlueJay Mining regarding Rod McIllree and his tardily disclosed share trading which netted him a 7 figure profit

So hated is Rod McIllree that folks, including some very close to his paid advisors, are lining up to use the Winnileaks service and hand documents to what the disgraced penny share promoter terms "a tabloid gossip newsletter," that is to say ShareProphets. Second up today we have a letter to disgraced Rod regarding his share dealing, tardy disclosure and a 7 figure profit that resulted from it. The entire Bluejay (JAY) board was sent the letter but appears to have done nothing about it. Enjoy.

JAY

Disgraced Rod McIllree of Bluejay infamy who are you calling a “tabloid gossip newsletter?”

Well of course Rod is referring to ShareProphets, a website commended by the FRC, Panorama, Private Eye and othrs for its sterling work. In an email, which I have now seen, he accuses Romain Picard, who is leading the campaign to sue Bluejay Mining (JAY), of leaking THIS EXPLOSIVE letter to me. Wrong! I will not disclose my source of that letter but it was not Mr Picard. And now for the really bad news for Rod and Bluejay….

JAY

BREAKING: Bluejay gets bailout placing away but what about the legal letters?

After ramping hard with helium and hydrogen spoofery to get its shares up to 0.65p last month Bluejay Mining (JAY) has managed to raise £1.75million( gross) , call it a Bernie and a half net, at just 0.3p. Gone are the good old days when Nomad and joint broker SP Angel was selling its own shares at 10p or more while telling mug punters the shares were worth 44p. But, again, there is something badly wrong here.

JAY

EXPOSE: Disgraced Rod McIllree, BlueJay and a joke related party deal: it really is taking the piss!

Because there are so many shareholders in common this is not deemed a RTO so there is, apparently, no need for a prospectus. That is a pity as the related party acquisition by Bluejay (JAY) of White Flame Energy, formerly Greenland Oil & Gas, is a total stinker with the stench of disgraced promoter Rod McIllree whose historic ramping of BlueJay should have seen him barred from AIM, at the heart of it.

JAY

BlueJay Mining: you couldn’t make it up, its ‘avin’ a giraffe, disgraced McIllree is back!

Seriously this is worthy of April Fool’s Day. Rod McIlree was the promoter who pumped BlueJay Mining (JAY) shares hard on the back of the Dundas project in Greenland. Subsequent to his departure a new team admitted that all the money had gone and that the Dundas numbers pushed by Rod were all wrong and it was worthless. And so with the company running on vapours….

JAY

BREAKING EXPOSE: BlueJay turned down far less dilutive finance ahead of bucket shop placing

When a company opts to dilute its own shareholders more than it needs to you know that management is running the enterprise for itself rather than the business owners and this is a terrible red flag. That brings us to BlueJay Mining (JAY) which, 7 weeks after raising £1.3 million at 1.7p, on 23 August raised just £600,000 at a penny. It did not need to as I today reveal.

JAY

BlueJay Mining – yet another placing, how long will this last?

This is wretched, tawdry and desperate all at the same time. BlueJay Mining (JAY) is all that is wrong with the AIM sewer. It has survived as long as it has because folks like hearing sweet lies and are happy to ignore red flags, seas of them, in the belief that this “get rich quick” scheme will be different. Do you remember the glory days?

JAY

Bluejay Mining – bailout placing at 1.75p but what about that 44p target and imminent the offtake deals?

Anyone who thinks that Rod McIllree is fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company should look at the busted flush that is BlueJay Mining (JAY). Okay Rod scuttled away a while back but like a bad fart which lingers, the legacy of an incompetent promoter also lingers. For once, Doc Holliday is right, McIllree needs purging from the PLC scene. Today Bluejay has announced a bailout £1.3 million placing at 1.75p.

To do otherwise breaches the trust system of money. Only believing money received in the future has value, supports the idea of debt and credit. Without debt ( and return on that debt) , capitalism fails. Ability to print money on demand eliminates debt rational ( return) so collapses capitalism by default.

Others have attested that you only need to issue debt (government bonds) if you are running s as current account deficit. You issue the bonds to pay for your expenses EducationHealthBenefitsRoadsDefenceGovernment staff and buildings PoliceFireCoastguards I’m sure there are others. Quangos etc…If you just print money whilst running a deficit you risk a lack of confidence in the currency. MMT has been shown to be a lot of nonsense because the longer you keep spending what you don’t have the higher your deficit climbs. You either have to grow the economy to reduce the debt or reduce what you are spending. Zimbabwe and other third world countries have shown this. You can end up with hyper inflation which does nobody any good and further causes a sovereign monetary and debt crisis. Reduced public spending and/or increased taxes are the only alternatives….Or are they. The Laffer Curve suggests that the lowering of direct taxes fosters higher productivity and in turn increases tax revenues. Just don’t give all the tax cuts to the billionaires or you’ll end up with Trump’s America - and nobody wants that!In conclusion if it was that easy some other bugger would have done it already. Yes… we’re all screwed 😩

I concur. Meanwhile I took one out - not to replace lending, but to simply place on deposit. Cost me a bit initially but then provided a return as interest rates increased. Paid off the balance prior to company closure. Marginal gain, but it was free money ( to the company, but not the taxpayer). Joke system in all respects imv.

The Covid Cash had to be doled out very quickly because the government decided to shut down the economy .Government bureaucracy is incapable of dealing with process in normal times so in a crisis situation the prospects of Hmrc handling anything efficiently would be zero.Hmrc have consistently shown an inability to operate efficiently.Political parties in opposition always talk about the huge savings they will make once they are in office. It will never happen…
