Most recently on DG Innovate (DGI), describing itself as an “advanced research and development company developing pioneering solutions in sustainable mobility and energy storage”, earlier this month I wrote “pleased to announce” placing, but how ‘pleasing’ is it really? – concluding with the shares down to 0.085p still funding-need Avoid. The shares commenced today at around 0.08p and now an announcement that the shares are to be delisted…

Describing itself as an “advanced research and development company developing pioneering solutions in sustainable mobility and energy storage”, DG Innovate (DGI) “is pleased to announce… the company has conditionally raised £500,000 (before expenses)… at a price of 0.08 pence per ordinary share… The proceeds from the placing support the joint venture with EVage Automotive… and provide ongoing working capital”. Er, how comprehensively does £0.5 million before expenses do that though?

DG Innovate – placing including ‘to support the establishment of a joint venture and other commercial strategies’. Er, for how long will it so “support”?!…

Describing itself as an “advanced research and development company developing pioneering solutions in sustainable mobility and energy storage”, DG Innovate (DGI) is “pleased to announce” a placing including to “support the establishment of the joint venture with EVage Automotive Pvt. Limited and other commercial strategies, and also to strengthen the company's balance sheet”. How ‘pleasing’ is the announcement from a prior 0.1125p share price?

So what of a share price currently soaring up to 0.12p in response?

How ‘pleasing’ then is this?
