A Cloudtag shareholder writes about the £44 million AIM FRAUD and my 249 exposes!

Back in the years 2015-17 Cloudtag (CTAG) investors used to say I was short, de-ramping, being paid by the Mossad to destroy a Great British company ( they really did say that) and that I should stick to cooking pizza and was an all round useless prick.  These days, as memories of a peak £44 million market cap in December 2016 fade,  those who ignored my advice to sell shares in the one time darling of the AIM casino say much nicer things. The lead claimant in a class action underway against Cloudtag but also, possibly others including Nomad Cairn has dropped me a note. He correctly identifies the much larger story than just another AIM fraud.

CTAG

BREAKING Blast from the past: shareholders taking class action against Cloudtag, the FCA, AIM Regulation & Nomad Cairn over NEW post AIM $234m fraud!

You may remember how Cloudtag (CTAG) was once the AIM BBM fraud du jour. For calling it out while others, like the wretched Mir, sang its praises I was slammed as being part of a shorting conspiracy, seeking to buy shares on the cheap and, quite seriously, as being paid by the Israelis so the wicked Jews could get the tech on the cheap. In the end it delisted but raised fresh funds with new lies and a $234 million attempted fraud using the Johnson & Johnson name.

CTAG

CloudTag: Life in the old fraud yet or just a new fraud and possibly money laundering?

Cloudtag (CTAG) was a bulletin board darling which we exposed as a bankrupt fraud on this website numerous times HERE. Eventually the company's Nomad, Liam Murray at Cairn Financial, arrived at the same conclusion and gave his notice of resignation.  However the company then raised £975,000 via broker Novum without telling Novum or anyone else about that resignation. Murray thus resigned with immediate effect and Novum unwound the placing while, with no other Nomad prepared to take on this toxic client, it was booted off the AIM sewer in March 2017.

CTAG

Cloudtag – Wot, no countdown clock? The Fat Lady sings again...

As we all know, Cloudtag (CTAG) was a former darling of the AIM Casino which had a few problems with nasty people like us pointing out that it was a total POS in every way until it was booted off the Casino when the Nomad resigned. It now seems that a part of the Cloudtag empire has bitten the dust as Companies House has announced the Final Gazette notice for Cloudtag Active Limited...

Cloudtag tells its dumb investors that it will relist - blames Nomad Cairn for AIM exit

If you were dumb enough to own shares in the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) before it was booted off the AIM casino you will swallow any old horse. If proof was needed of this two investors, from the Shareholders Group committee, met with the company's CEO Amit Ben Haim and its IR man Jamie Bligh on 13 February. The minutes are a hoot and can be accessed below.

Cloudtag's Christmas message to its moronic shareholders

The fraud du jour of 12 months ago Cloudtag (CTAG) continues to pretend it is a real company with real operations. Its website even has a year end message from CEO Amit Ben Haim. It doers not have FY 2016 or H1 2017 financial results but who cares about numbers when you have Amit spouting 100% bull. Amit tells his moronic followers:

CTAG

CloudTag – Some great news, Amit Ben-Haim is all yours now

Having punched a bit under the belt yesterday with a dig at potential insolvency at the UK subsidiary, I thought I would bring some great news to CloudTag (CTAG) shareholders. Amit Ben-Haim appears to have seen the error of his ways and ditched all other directorships so that he can now solely focus on generating shareholder value at CloudTag. Can’t think of any other explanation….

CTAG

CloudTag – Oh dear, Massimo has turned up with his scythe: the end is nigh!

Despite the nonsense spouted by AberdeenMan, Mr Selfridge and BrokerMan1 on LSE about CloudTag (CTAG) and its bright prospects, confirmation that the end is nigh has reached Companies House with the CEO, Amit Ben-Haim, stepping off the board of CloudTag’s UK subsidiary and being replaced by the Grim Reaper himself, Massimo Ventimiglia.

CTAG

Cloudtag AGM: rats jump ship, Lyin' Amit lies again and no mention of (lack of) cash - what's not to like?

Fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) may have been booted off the AIM Casino but in the few months before insolvency the comedy continues. The company has held an AGM the highlight of which was news that the 2 NEDS Tony Reeves and Jerry Bereika have resigned. Lyin' Amit Ben Haim says that the a search for new directors with the requisite skills to match the Company’s future requirements is underway. Hmmm what would that skillset be?

Stuttard’s Septic Seven April update: Happy Easter Mr Stuttard, you are down 55%!

Obviously the world’s most successful growth market is tightly regulated and supervised by Marcus Stuttard’s oxymorons of AIM Regulation, who seem incapable of applying their own rules. That is why we selected a beautifully diversified portfolio of stocks which we have Red Flagged here on ShareProphets but since Mr Stuttard’s well-oiled regulatory machinery is just so good there must be nothing wrong. Nothing at all…..which is why after 200 days the portfolio is down by 55%. Oops.

ECOB reminds me of OPTI (although the scale of announcements are far greater and have actual numbers attached). I've viewed both businesses as having a interesting product and plausible business model but neither have actually delivered on that. How is ECOB picking up these contracts? They are so diverse, both geographically and it terms of languages spoken etc - where is the common thread that enables them to deliver these? It doesn't strike me that they would likely have a expansive international sales operation.I'd be a lot more comfortable if they were getting more projects off ground in Albania and the wider Balkan region as they would be able to technically and operationally serve such projects much more easily and really prove out the product.
