Actual Experience plc – from a claimed “'need to have' for IT and Operations leaders alike” to administration in less than four months! (as I warned)

Previously writing on Actual Experience plc (ACT), in July as its Chief Revenue Officer Roy Jugessur argued the company’s “continued growth proves that our disruptive technology is a 'need to have' for IT and Operations leaders alike”, I questioned why it was forecast to run out of cash by December then – and concluded, despite the shares then soaring back above 1p, that it remained a financial concerns in the current challenging funding environment sell. Today an “Intention to Appoint Administrators & Suspension” announcement – how’s that “'need to have' for IT and Operations leaders alike”, then Roy?!

ACT

Actual Experience – argues that it’s proving its technology is a 'need to have' for IT and Operations leaders alike. Er, is it?!

Digital workplace analytics and services company Actual Experience (ACT) has issued a “Logicalis to seek first customer for DWMP product”announcement, following yesterday a “Second enterprise sale of new DWMP product” announcement. With the shares currently soaring to back above 1p, how significant is the latest news?

ACT

Actual Experience – interims emphasise investment in the business now is “key”. Er, how’s it going to fund it?!

‘Digital workplace management platform’ company Actual Experience (ACT) has announced results for its half-year ended 31st March 2023, headlined “Company turnaround substantially completed, with a clear focus on sales execution”. So what of a share price slightly further lower to 0.70p, having been 1.5p as recently as the start of 2023?

ACT

Actual Experience – contract cancellation, the Fat Lady warms up

Previously writing on ‘digital analytics-as-a-service’ company Actual Experience (ACT), in December with the shares falling to 40p I concluded with it already burning cash at an alarming rate that hopefully my prior warnings were heeded and, natch, that the shares were a sell. Now a “Contract cancellation” announcement at no one is watching o’clock, 6.30PM, on Friday. Uh oh!

ACT

Actual Experience – “year end trading update”. It mean likely revenue-decimating contract loss?...

Previously writing on experience of digital services analytics company Actual Experience (ACT), in January with the shares at 118.5p I questioned placing “to capitalise on the current market opportunity”… or to avert liquidity crunch ahoy?. Today it commences a year-end trading update with that its “first full year operating our professional services 'land and expand' model has seen good progress, faster customer engagement and quicker software deployment”... so why a current 29% share price fall to 40p?!...

ACT

Actual Experience plc – new order & results, valuation is the issue

Shares in Actual Experience plc (ACT) are up to a current 275p, capitalising the company at more than £100 million, on the back of announcements of “a significant order to white label the company's service for a leading, US based technology company” and results for its year ended 30th September 2015. Is the share price spike justified?

There's an obvious middle ground, because for many companies on AIM it is their modus operandi. Most of the contracts/partnerships they announce amount to very little. They have some sales, but corporate overheads dwarf those sums. The gap is filled by placings, which they get away by sucking in more punters with more contracts promising jam tomorrow. Long term investors get diluted. If they wake up in time they might get out without losing it all.FOX/ECOB is just doesn't. I've been long in the past, but never again. Pure dogshit.

How many individuals would have been dragged into fraudulent bonds, whisky, diamonds, cannabis plays etc etc if real interest rates had been 6% on savings? When you are lucky to get 1%, 10% sounds like a dream at 6% most might not take the risk.If financing costs had been 6% or higher would Arry and many others got away with massive cash bonuses. Would every cost on every balance sheet be inspected.1st class travel when a company is loss making.A return of 6% from bonds feels like it could crack the market at anytime. In October? or not for years. This article makes you think. Perhaps I will sell my 10 spacex.
