The jury's out on the SBTX ramping charge but the verdict is in on the deramping trial where the judge said in passing sentence: "Mr Sheriff has repeatedly tried to lower the SBTX share price by continually tilting at the windmills in his mind long after the company concluded its independent multi-agency forensic investigation into past wrongdoings and reported the findings to the market. This manic vendetta against the company and its new directors, believed to have been sparked by the former CEO calling him a liar, has served no useful purpose other than to give Mr Sheriff a brief frisson of personal satisfaction. In mitigation, Mr Sheriff said that he had to produce a lot of stories every fucking day so had no choice but to cut and paste his SBTX tirades. He also explained that every time he reposted his tired old theories, he knew he would get a rise out of the D&D moron which helped to keep his comments section busy, albeit with nonsense. However, having expressed no remorse, Mr Sheriff leaves me with no alternative but to impose the maximum sentence which is that he be required to purchase 500,000 SBTX shares on the day following publication of their next full year results and lock them into his SIPP for a period not less than five years."
I did not ramp. I recommended then when I accepted the case was a bear one I advised folks to sell then sold my own. rampers dont work like that. Would you prefer I did not accept things had changed?D&D got something wrong I pointed that out. Just as you have got this wrong so I point it out.D&D is a bit deranged but a decent chap underneath it all. My wife is not on the payroll at shareprophets and I write as I please and folks who do not like what I write always have the optioon to go away. Would I rather win a few more customers by writing not in a way that pleases me by not pointing out folks errors? Surely folks know me better than that
Snide remarks about an SBTX supporter rather rich from one who was ramping both it and OPTI until you became an outsider. As for AMRQ, @ 121 what exactly is the point of the argument. Days of "see you in court" are over Tom. Picking on small fry may make your day but will lose you customers. Now that your wife is on the payroll, one would imagine that you would be advertising rather than cat fighting?
i am not sure you knew what went on at sharestock and when he did not answer Qs I soon accepted i was wrong & have been his sternest critic sinceyou are naive in assuming that someone would stop him, as per bearcast
Naive? Point of order - having done the due diligence you and others hadn't I had been calling Ganesarajah and his imaginary £2M out for a while when you were still tipping his company and platforming him at Sharestock!
